Over time I've realized that the response you get to any statement or question seldom has anything to do with its veracity. Rather: the reply you get is almost entirely dependent on who you ask. As such, most "apolitical" Reddit groups will give you predictable responses based on the views of the members. Sadly, they're unable to set their stronger biases aside when answering what are at the core politically neutral questions.

100%. The worst part of if is most of the behaviors they deem "toxic masculinity" are childish and not characteristics of a grown man. They worsen the problem by prohibiting boys from becoming men.

Interesting. Give me your take on this, if you don't mind: I've noticed a certain gynocentrism on the conservative side that's implicit but different than the feminist one. They both seem to agree that women are intrinsically valuable and that men are not, but on the right it seems to take an almost spiritual side. I'm more conservative on social issues but the Daily Wire crowd completely drops the ball on stuff like marriage. When there's a conflict between Men's Rights and conservatism, I choose the Men's Rights stance. Economically, I'm more on the left, though.

Don't listen to them. They might want this behavior from men they're already attracted to, but this is the opposite of what attracts them. Stand by your own beliefs and they'll come to you. It's a shit test. Notice how they're never talking about the men who agree with them on everything? Because they're invisible as dating prospects.

I disagree with the framing here. While the lines between MRA and red pill (dating) should exist, there's a meaningful way in which it overlaps: the mainstream narrative is always "women struggle to date nowadays, let's discuss how men could do better".
