2	UK courts changing legislation to further remove fathers from their children I should have phrased it better, in court if the women left, the woman almost always claim the man abandoned them, left them, or on the odd occasion the man had to remove himself from the mental, emotional, or physical abuse and coercive control after years and years in the hopes he can get his kids out from that woman, the women then claim they had to “flee violence”. Do they send their kids away with their elderly family members who are too old to fight? What if they’re too old to look after the children? I’m intimately aware of the care system in multiple European jurisdictions and I wouldn’t want my child there as much as I wouldn’t want them being bombed. I don’t believe I’ve portrayed it as a minor inconvenience, and I believe I explicitly stated the issue was conscription, part of that issue being gendered conscription. 1	Is there any way out? This will be location specific, some jurisdictions no, you cannot terminate rights, or terminating rights doesn’t release you from your child support liabilities. Your best bet is to consult with a local lawyer, preferably one that specialises or does a lot of work in relation to parental situations, even just to figure out the best path forward. Almost 80% of Ukrainian women did stay, almost all women that fled left with their children and the elderly, and have or will return. There was a Ukrainian refugee child at my child’s school, and as soon as it was safe to go back they did so. Despite the war not being over, some areas are now mostly safe to return to. Their home had been reduced to rubble in the middle of the night and they would have been dead.
