I eat a lot, but we have absurd metabolism in my family. For example it's normal for me to eat a whole 500g pack of pasta in a single carbonara meal or like 1kg of meat, but i never put on weight. My cousin spent over 10 years trying to bulk, eating protein, gymming hard, eating like mad, personal trainer etc. and he never managed to bulk. Ik it sounds like an excuse but there are actually quite a few men in my family like this who didn't put on a single kg since turning like 15. Building muscle…

I'm close to underweight so calories arent the problem. I'd need to do cardio and such but im super busy with work and everything. I was consistent for a while and then got overloaded with things and now I have to get back into it. And healthy eating refers to a similar problem, i dont have time to cook a bunch of food so i usually eat twice a day, small breakfast and then some huge calorie meal in the afternoon to make up for the whole day of not eating, which is often meat/cheese heavy (though…

I need to eat healthier and exercise more regularly. I used to be more disciplined with exercise but I've been more inconsistent now. I've also recently had less control over my emotions than usually (I've been working a ton, but it shouldn't be an excuse). That said, imagine making a thread like this on a feminist subreddit lmao. I love that we have this.

I do agree men need to stay grounded in research and facts and look at themselves in the mirror instead of just blaming everything on women and calling it a day. 100%. It's the only way to really make a change. Every guy that yaps easily debunkable total nonsense is a setback. However I'm also really tired of the "incel" label. It's such an overused slur that means basically nothing more than "I don't agree with you".
