Just because it isn’t illegal doesn’t mean jack shit. If it walks like a duck, talks like and duck, and looks like a duck then it’s a duck. Her walking into work everyday doesn’t suddenly change that. She’s still a slimy untrustworthy person.

Think about it this way: imagine a therapist who’s friends with another therapist. As a therapist you are supposed to keep what your client says usually confidential. If one therapist constantly gossips all the time to another therapist, would you have second thoughts about her? Would you think she’s fit for a promotion? Of course not, you’d think since she talks about other people that there’s a good chance she talks about her clients too.

NTA, her actions reflect on her character. She’s shown her true self and she’s untrustworthy. She posted it on social media too for everyone to see including her boss too so it’s not like the boss wants to necessarily know about their personal life. He was forced to see it and made the right decision.

That’s so weird that every male has the same feeling. When you mentioned how Boko Haram killed all the men but let the women go, I had a flashback to the feeling of sympathy I have for women in physical scenarios.
