probably not really. Just one thing. cops are held to a higher standard for a reason I believe they should absolutely be held to a much higher standard but to me it seems like they aren't at all.

In a perfect america that would be true. Things being the way they are however. Hitting a cop will most likely result in the cop assaulting you back tenfold without legal repercussions. Of course you would still suffer the punishment for assaulting an officer. There are exceptions to this, but I assert that in most cases today if the cop hit you back he will not be punished.

Even if a police is in the wrong for an arrest, assaulting an officer is a federal offence and you'll get fucked if you assault them in ANY situation. It's not a matter of opinion or what's right in the situation, it's the law and cops and judges follow it.

as I understood it there are 2 major illegal things happening with her show. First one I heard of was some form of sexual abuse charges and the second was some complicated shit where she isn't paying the union workers and got non union workers to do the union work which apparently is a big nono in the U S of A

To go even further on this. I've got a few friends whom I'd like to bring up their weight with, not to be rude or anything but purely out of concern. I'm concerned they are digging themselves an early grave, but I'm afraid I'd cause more harm than good by doing so, which is why I haven't said anything.

Funny thing with this is I kind of agree with the sentiment. Say you're born with an "unfortunate face" and someone fat mocks you for it, most people would want to strike back by commenting on their weight, but that's such a touchy subject nowadays that few people would dare to do so. Yet weight is something most people can work on, but if you were born ugly there isn't much you can do. Plastic surgery might work but most people can't afford it. Just my 2 cents
