Hey there's no shame at all in seeking professional help. If that's something that helps you or that's what you feel you need then by all means go for it, and anyone that would hold that against you is a lame.

I see where you're coming from, and I understand how you feel. Even with clinical depression there's ways you can regulate it though and make it easier to live with. Regular, intense exercise eases stress and makes you feel good, and regulating your sleep schedule can help a lot too. After that it's just moving forward and playing the hand you're dealt like it's the hand you wanted. Unfortunately you can never change your genetics but you can change habits and make things better for yourself ykn…

It's all about moderation. Just don't overdo it and you'll be good to go

My friend, you are thinking about this the wrong way. Do not worry about her contacting you. Your focus right now should be on yourself. What do you want in life and how do you want to live it? What are your hobbies? Spend time doing stuff like that. It's been 3 months she is not coming back, I hate to say it but you need the truth. Her contacting you should be the least of your priorities.

It's been 3 months. Cut your losses and start moving on now. Block all communication, delete her number, make it hard for you to contact her. Your feelings about the relationship and wanting it back are valid but my friend you need to understand that it's not happening anytime soon and for yourself and your own health you need to move on to other things and other people.

Ask her out! (if you haven't already)
/r/seduction11/04/19 10:39 PM

Well with her specifically I just would keep it professional then. There's lots of other girls, if you don't wanna ask her out and she's giving mixed signals just have a strictly professional relationship. And if she tries flirting with you or initiating stuff after you make it strictly professional then she prolly likes you. If not, oh well.

Oof. You asked *her* if she thought you were awkward? My friend that right there shows some insecurity, which is normal but you don't want girls you're interested in to see them, especially in that way. And to get her to change her mind? Talk to other girls confidently. Make it seem like the dance was a one off thing, and try to be casual and confident in every interaction with her from now on. Hint at shit, ion know

I'm average as hell and jus lost my virginity to a girl I consider hot as fuck two nights ago, and honestly it isn't that hard the only thing standing in the way was my lack of confidence. Tinder and OKCupid suck unless you're extremely good looking because you don't get a chance to make a real impression before a girl decides whether or not she wants to fuck you. I'm super awkward in parties myself so clubbing didn't work for me either, but just talk to people. Talk to everyone. Make everythi…

Bring a friend
/r/seduction05/02/19 12:54 AM

I'm seeing some bitterness in your title. Women like attention my friend, just like men do. She wasn't attracted to you but you showed her attention obviously she would send some signs that she liked it, doesn't make her a manipulative attention whore. Now, one way to get around this and figure out if a girl likes you is to be up front. Communication is key, try your best to be up front and ask them out in the future, and establish that you're attracted to her and wanna take her out.

Yeah I had the same issue with the numbers. I fixed it by not communicating nearly as much cus I'm really awkward over text. I would say what up, and make sure to establish a date. And after that give her a little room to breathe, not having whole ass conversations over text jus some light flirting in anticipation for the date

Dawg fuck it, be up front. You've known her three weeks you have nothing to lose, anything that you do have to lose is all in your head. Have a seat, take a breather and relax (metaphorically but fr be relaxed). Casually ask her out but make sure she knows you're asking her on a date and not a friendly hanging out thing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
