I.e. the man with the best looks, most money, status etc. This is what hypergamy is, women date up, they want a man who is superior to all others. Tl;dr Women care about looks, money and status. They want tall, good looking rich men. If you're 5'10 and make 50k a year your girl would leave you in a heartbeat for a guy who is 6'2 and makes 100k a year. That is just how women are, they monkey branch to the absolute best guy they can find. They don't like you, they like what you offer and what you can provide for them.
