Not sure, but I've read about the "student loan" bubble for a couple of years now. If enough loans are defaulted on, the government will probably change the rules for making the loans. Similarly to what they did with the housing market.

Yeah, and at 60 I'm sure that I'm low on the desirability scale so none of them care one way or the other. But for my own peace of mind I'm never going to marry again. Never.

My ex-wife bitched about the way I folded towels. I didn't know there was a right way and a wrong way. They fit on the shelf so it was fine. Not to her. I finally gave up trying and told her to do it herself. Same with loading the dishwasher. Fine, YOU do it. We couldn't even grocery shop together because she bitched about the way I did that. The divorce was so liberating.

That and the fact that loans are so easy to qualify for. Tuition has been increasing at a rate much higher than inflation or the cost of living, for years. Can't afford that gender studies degree you want? No problem, sign here and it's yours.

I have to disagree that women are just as cool as men. If you agree that women are lead by their emotions, it's hard to accept that they are just as cool. When their emotions are out of whack, for whatever reason, women act irrationally and lash out because of it. In my live experiences it doesn't matter who the woman is; mother, grandmother, girl friends, wife, coworker, when things go wrong they immediately look to blame someone else.
