There is still quite a lot of work to be done in the name of feminism and equal rights for women (the data-supported wage gap, workplace misogyny, rape justice, to name a few). When we stop focusing on our differences and begin focusing on our commonalities, we will appreciate and respect each other more. Furthermore, I believe that military drafting processes should aim to screen for the fittest candidates, regardless of gender or youth. Women being strong or not, having the additional recruitment of women into the military is still power gained.
