9	So.... it worked? In effect, Amazon’s system taught itself that male candidates were preferable. It penalized resumes that included the word “women’s,” as in “women’s chess club captain.” I fail to see how this is a "got em". Neither of these terms should have been flagged as a bad thing. How would "woman's chess club captain," indicate a poor candidate? It obviously doesn't. I wonder how they were training the AI that this was one of the emergent clusterings?
