I don't get it. Doesn't seem to apply. If I am wrong to assume that most people own firearms in accordance with the laws of their home state and keep them in those same states, let me know. I didn't think that was an absurd assumption to make, but if you have evidence that most people get their firearms from friends out of state then I'd be happy to look at that. Like attacking someone over a disagreement about sports would be a hate crime with this obscenely broad reading. Talking about sports is protected speech and attacking someone over that speech would qualify under this reading. 1	Defense denied for the girl that bashed her newborn baby’s skull in This specific piece of evidence is kind of interesting because it is so grotesque I could see a judge saying the burning is more preducial than probative and leave it out of the case. This evidence is really likely to prejudice the jury pretty badly and if it wasn't the cause of death I'd be wary about it getting to trial too. The police officers may have violated his 4th amendment right via the search of his person without a warrant, probably cause, or consent. Unlikely, but I guess you could stretch it to that and have a judge make a ruling on it I suppose. But yea, it isn't like the 2 sunbathing girls would be on the hook for anything.
