| 1 | The two Delaware women charged with stealing a MAGA hat from a child have had their charges upgraded to hate crimesWhat? I didn't. And you still never got to the confirmation bias part. Do you know what confirmation bias is? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/09/20 04:48 PM |
| 0 | The two Delaware women charged with stealing a MAGA hat from a child have had their charges upgraded to hate crimesWhat does confirmation bias have to do with injecting facts into a particular fact pattern without evidence? I don't get it. Doesn't seem to apply. If I am wrong to assume that most people own firearms in accordance with the laws of their home state and keep them in those same states, let me know. I didn't think that was an absurd assumption to make, but if you have evidence that most people get their firearms from friends out of state then I'd be happy to look at that. Until then, I think it is… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/09/20 10:53 AM |
| -15 | The two Delaware women charged with stealing a MAGA hat from a child have had their charges upgraded to hate crimesThis dude tweets more than the president. You have to at least give me a date. I don't have all day to dig through this Twitter account that from the surface appears to be the maniacal ramblings of a dude that should spend way less time on Twitter. Also, you'll have to forgive me if I'm skeptical when the guy running PR for the defense just denies a claim without evidence. Unless he provides actual evidence and/or is willing to make that defense in court you should be extremely skeptical too. Es… | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/09/20 01:02 AM |
| -10 | The two Delaware women charged with stealing a MAGA hat from a child have had their charges upgraded to hate crimesSource on the gun origin? I have never seen anything on the origin of the gun so I assumed it came from his home state because I had zero reason to believe otherwise and that is where most people get and keep their firearms. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/09/20 12:30 AM |
| 12 | The two Delaware women charged with stealing a MAGA hat from a child have had their charges upgraded to hate crimesIt would seem to be a tiny bit more complicated otherwise this statute swallows a ton of other statutes and makes them all hate crimes. Like attacking someone over a disagreement about sports would be a hate crime with this obscenely broad reading. Talking about sports is protected speech and attacking someone over that speech would qualify under this reading. But we all agree that is (very likely) not the intent of this law nor should a fight over sports be a hate crime. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 09/09/20 12:19 AM |

| 0 | Figured this belonged here.I never said that. But the Walton children inherited their money. And the fortune they inherited would be #1 in the world. The fact that the fortune was split 3 ways instead of 1 kind of ignores what the question was asking, no? | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/04/20 09:26 PM |
| -6 | Figured this belonged here.Yes and no. Yes because that is technically true of the top 10, but no because just outside of the top 10 includes the 3 Walton children who all meet that description (and their combined fortune blasts them into spot #1). That is just a product of number of children and nothing else. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 07/04/20 01:56 AM |
| 1 | Defense denied for the girl that bashed her newborn baby’s skull inThis specific piece of evidence is kind of interesting because it is so grotesque I could see a judge saying the burning is more preducial than probative and leave it out of the case. This evidence is really likely to prejudice the jury pretty badly and if it wasn't the cause of death I'd be wary about it getting to trial too. Reasonable minds can disagree on probative vs prejudicial here though for sure. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 27/08/19 04:43 AM |

| – | 'She has no right to be supported for life': Judge tells ex-wife of millionaire racehorse vet to get a job in landmark divorce case.1 year could be too short but I agree that there should be some upper limit. I had always considered an upper limit of around 2-4 years to be more appropriate since that gives the person receiving alimony enough time to go back to school (University or trade school) then enter the work force. | /r/MensRights | 23/02/15 07:01 PM |
| 1 | I ask 2 girls to leave private property, I end up hand cuffed in the back of a police car.Yes, I agree. I believe the police officers in question probably did their job poorly but not illegally. | /r/MensRights | 13/07/13 10:24 AM |
| 1 | I ask 2 girls to leave private property, I end up hand cuffed in the back of a police car.The police officers may have violated his 4th amendment right via the search of his person without a warrant, probably cause, or consent. Unlikely, but I guess you could stretch it to that and have a judge make a ruling on it I suppose. But yea, it isn't like the 2 sunbathing girls would be on the hook for anything. There simply aren't any damages. | /r/MensRights | 13/07/13 08:26 AM |
