That's what some people seem to believe. Those people though tend not to be the CS girls. In fact, from anecdotal evidence only, female CS majors are made more uncomfortable by other CS females than by the CS males. However, 40+ year old men see a lack of CS major females and blame it on the men students not creating a female-friendly environment. That's at least my experience as a male former CS major.

Though if one person has better health insurance from their job, they can put the other as a spouse and both have the better health insurance.
