It's not just about establishing intent. The law seems to be unilateral and only applies for male perpetrators and female victims.

And they say feminism is for women and men.

School officials said while the notes weren't explicit, they were unwanted by the young girl which makes them a form of harassment. So giving out homework is a form of harassment too?

I hope that the duo will be financially compensated, and criminal actions be brought against those who are responsible for this atrocity.

There are so many advertisements featuring casual female on male violence for comedic effects. While in China recently, I came across an ad promoting some washing detergent. In the ad, the wife pulled and twisted her husband's ear and reprimanded him for doing a shitty job at doing laundry (insinuating that men suck at house chores). She then pulled out her secret weapon (the magical detergent) and effortlessly made flowers bloom from the laundry as her husband watched in awe and admiration.

Will this be recorded as gender-based violence?

I suppose men cannot be victims too. This fits their narrative that all victims of gender-based violence are women and all perpetrators are men.

Does this mean that women cannot be charged with "gender-based violence?"

Female drivers should pay more for the extra facilities.

It's like saying a part-time janitor who works 15 hours a week and a brain surgeon who works 80 hours a week should be paid the same because they both work at a hospital.

That includes sales taxes! Does this mean tourists should have the right to vote?

It's insane how one can be punished for their "perplexing" belief, whatever that means. Do "non masculists" get the same treatment? What about flat earthers, or anyone remotely religious who believes in sky daddies?

But period (e.g. paid mensural leave) and other costly women issues are the responsibility of everyone.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
