"And ironically people throw the words straw man and fallacy to avoid questions being asked?" This was the question asked: "Why should anyone be interrogated for rejecting a person?" Tell me, is that a genuine question for points that I actually made? Or is that a question with an implicating tone insinuating that I believe people should be interrogated for rejecting someone? You didn't ask IF people should be interrogated for rejecting someone, You asked WHY. Implying I already made that statem…

Why should it matter if a man lies about the reasons he's friends with you if he's not meant to be interrogated on that in the first place? And I'm not even really asking that question because I'm not arguing that it matters if the woman lies. I'm pointing out that they do, and when they do it's patronizing. That's it. That's all. Please leave me alone now.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 09:57 AM

Who ever said that??? That's what I'm saying about this sub. You guys throw in the craziest straw man arguments and expect someone to think you're not being disingenuous. I never ever suggested anything like that, but just because I said that SOME women lie somehow I'm a villain now and I think women should be interrogated. Ridiculous.

If you agree that women can lie then what's the point of this argument? We are in agreement. Some women lie. That's what I'm referring to. Please find peace. Also the use of emojis in a debate setting is a clear sign of immaturity and hurt ego being masked as humor. And Don't call me weak, no need for personal attacks. It's actually against the rules of this sub.

This happens in this sub a lot. It's like you're just against me for no reason at from the start. I wasn't even being aggressive until you started the aggression. I literally just posed the notion that the women who are lying are lying. There are women who lie when they reject men. Are you really going to pretend like that's not a thing? Are you really going to tell me that no woman ever who has ever existed and ever lived in this world ever and ever existed throughout human history ever has eve…

It's never normal or right to bully people. It's a defense mechanism, and a sign of emotional damage. maybe we should just agree to disagree. I believe this topic requires more depth than your willing or able to give it.

I'm not sure what you're on about. I didn't say anything to be condescending until I was attacked. if anything the person who replied to me was condescending first, but I'm sure you'd never call out their actions huh? Anyways, stop assuming things. I'm not talking about women giving vague answers. I'm talking about women who downright lie. If you think every woman on earth is perfect and has never lied, then keep on believing what you believe. I'm talking about the subset of women who do lie. Wh…

Dude are you arguing with me or a made-up person in your head? Is that straw man diatribe that you just spewed supposed to be close to what I are actually wrote? (Also why are you so angry?) I'm simply setting up the thought experiment to compare two sides of this coin. If you are going to sit here and tell me, there has never been a woman who has been dishonest about rejecting a guy or even been dishonest and still used the guy for his resources, then I would call you an absolute liar. I never …

I think the world is larger than your bubble. You seem to think very highly of your perceptions and conflate your point of view to what others experience. I think the issue here is now you are telling everyone that they should act as shallow as the people in the scenario presented. I offer a counter to that. Only a small subset of chronically online people actually think in terms of social status when it comes to measuring the worth of other human beings. I kind of equated to bullying. There are…

Um duhh, yes they are two different situations but we're talking about being dishonest. Women often lie about WHY they are rejecting a guy (did you even read my comment?). And please refrain from bringing up anecdotals as a response. As sensible human beings beings we can surmise that there is a substantial subset of women who are dishonest about why they're rejecting some men. that should not be a debatable point.

He didn't attack her status public. That's something you are personally throwing into it because of your bias and possibly your own insecurity. People aren't status symbols, they're people. He didn't care about her status in the moment he cared about her person. If all she cares about is her status, that's her problem and an insecurity within herself and has nothing to do with society or anything around her. If that is actually how she saw people first then I would argue she is mentally ill in t…

I agree that does address the first part of my comment but not the second. Many if not most men, can recall a time when they approached a woman and they were met with a rude comment or a superiority complex. (This is tangential so feel free to ignore this) I think a lot of women want to have it both ways. They want to say that all humans are equal, but then act as if they are better than someone of the opposite sex because of outward aesthetics when approached. You have to pick one. There are li…

Hold on. I thought that women weren't shallow and they didn't only care about looks. If that's the case, it shouldn't matter if an "ugly as f" guy hits on a beautiful women, since women Will go to the ends of the Earth claiming that personality is more important. BUT If we have now instead established that women are just a shallow as men in this regard, then I would argue it's her blaring insecurities and emotional immaturity that make her feel like she's as unattractive as she deems the man who…

To take a page from women's books: acting nice isn't being nice. Women will reject politely but will lie straight to a man's face. It's very similar to a nice guy pretending to be nice so that you like him. We can see through it immediately. It becomes patronization which every human (if you are emotionally intelligent) understands as an insulting tone.

This is categorically untrue. If that were the case, no one would ever know that gossip about them exists ever, but we all (generalization) have heard through the grapevines what people say behind our backs or behind the backs of people we know (otherwise, gossip would not be such a big issue.) When women mock men, laugh in their faces, Tell them they are too ugly, Tell them they are too short, feel insulted that they even hit on them (these actions are more common than women care to admit - som…

I would argue that society never tells women to be dishonest about dating. I would say most, if not every, man tells women That transparency would get them the best results instead of using "signs" or " hot and cold" behavior, a practice that most women cling to. (Specifically for long-term relationships and not just casual sex). However, since men are the pursuers, they must put into place actual practices in order to obtain their mates. That would naturally suggest some level of dishonesty, or…

But she's not being honest about her part in the dance. I would assume her part of the exchange would not have anything to do with misdirection or dishonesty, But instead open invitation to the suitor of her choice. If she is actually looking for a successful mating process. She must be transparent just like the man. No? In any case, I would not call it manipulation any more than I would call a man doing a similar thing manipulation. But it is women who frame it this way so I would expect consis…

I wonder.. at that point, should she be looked at as being just as manipulative as the men who go a similar route are typically seen as? In this instance she obviously has more feelings towards the guy and is treating them differently because she is sexually attracted to them (and as we've established, not any other real reason) all while hiding that true intentions just so he can be the initiator. Isn't that just as "vile" as women claim men are when it comes to "pretending" to be friends?

Honestly, kind of. A lot of women, I would say even most women want a man with game (Even if they don't explicitly say so). Men and women think differently. for one to understand the other enough to convince them should suggest to you that they have practiced. having game just means knowing how to manipulate. If you actually examine it. There is nothing genuine about having game. If a man is good with women and he is good with you while other men are notoriously bad with you, you should have war…

Lol no one is arguing against men being infertile. Why would my ego be bruised? I was pointing out that you didn't like a source or anything, you just said anecdotal stuff. Plus (if the random number you just threw out is true, please link a source) 40% still means women are the majority of infertility cases. I don't see how that's a rebuttal against anyone's previous stance.

I argue there are more women using makeup, cosmetic surgery and birth control pills which use chemicals to alter your hormones and your sexual organs, then there are men in those dangerous fields. Although I don't have the data on those effects either, I think it would be naive to suggest they didn't have significant effects on the body.

I tried to translate this best I can. Tell me if I'm close: "lmao. anecdotal statement, anecdotal diatribe, anecdotal tales of anecdotal people in anecdotal situations that I have experienced so they must be true for everyone. And I've been to so many fertility clinics that I have a punch card! Also, men too! You don't understand fertility!" How'd I do? Sorry if this is against PPD rules, I'm just so tired of anecdotes being paraded around as evidence in this sub (from both sides).

That can't be true with makeup existing right? And with plastic surgery in which women dominate the participating demographic. This may be a biased answer. Could you provide some sources that say that men are more commonly exposed to toxins than women?

I've always thought that Nice was the subjective term no? Why do you get to define nice the way that you want to and him not the way he wants to. Are you God? I actually think that humans are more complex than you give them credit for. It's absolutely possible to do something nice for someone because you like doing nice things and because you want something in return. I think anyone Who can't comprehend that may be a bit shallow.

I feel like this is a cop out. I read nothing in his original post or his comments that claimed he wanted to do anything at someone else's expense. All I heard him talk about (and you for that matter) were motives. Those aren't intrinsically connected. That's a connection you have chosen to make. You're failing to see it from a human perspective because it's not all about women. So it doesn't matter how they see it. It doesn't matter what they see from their perspective. The truth of the matter is, The chads won't commit to them in the same way. That's not true. People can learn from studies that on average women like muscular men more than they like men who aren't physically fit. That could be enough to cause a man to go to the gym. It seems obvious but most people enter the dating game at a young age so they know nothing about attracting the opposite sex. To be honest, most people would benefit from research.

I agree with you but the difference that I've seen is that red pillars tell you to examine women and what they do rather than what they say. I don't see how you could ever go wrong with that advice, That's not a disingenuous stance to take. I think the issue is average. Women sleep with above average men and then think they're above average. THAT'S WHAT ACTUALLY skews the dating market. Because when men run into the wall of not being able to get the women they think is in their league, they're forced to come to that realization to lower their standards. Women aren't forced to do that until they're too old to get sexual attention.

Some hot girls settle. What's your point? The difference is Chad's commit to their highest possible option. They never settle ever. So if you are even in the camp of women Who used the term Chad, You are not the woman he is going to commit to. That's the reality.

Chads absolutely behave like prostitutes. They want one thing sex while the prostitute wants one thing money. They don't care about your feelings. They don't care about your hope they're getting what they want and then they're leaving you. The reason why brand name drugs are bought over the nameless ones (Even though it's illegal for them to be of different substances) is because they are valued more in the market. Actually, it can be argued that women are single because they can't get the men they want. A lot of women complain about being single enough so that they're entire threads dedicated to this complaint. This would debunk your stance that when women are single it's because they aren't looking. They are looking. They just don't like the plethora of options they have.

Technically if he's a provider he could get sex with hotter women than her, they would just have to be sex workers. Also, I think that you may like women more than men do. Because in truth The relationships that men want from women are not monolithic. Every man wants a different type of relationship with women. I agree that men and women are different, but I disagree that women don't have a problem approaching treating sleeping with or being friends with men. Women will often say that they are too shy and this will reinforce their dependency on men to be pursuers. I think you unsuccessfully ignored his actually decent talking points. Your sentence implies that sexual attention automatically equals misogyny. But anyone who argues in good faith can reason that the phrase "treat her like a person" is in the context of ignoring sexual desire, and does not refer to the male party having a dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women. It's not creepy. Autism is more so the absence of social constraint. As autistic people tend to be highly intelligent. If that's the case then why do they complain after the fact? This I would truly like to know. In most cases, when men go after toxic women they don't complain, they understand. That's why there's even a social commentary on crazy/hot scale for men, but there doesn't seem to be one for women. Even though this would save many of them from inevitable heartbreak.

His source is very far from proof. His own source states this "We shouldn't declare the sex recession over based on just a single year of data--especially a single year that relied on new survey methods--and a fairly small sub-sample of 229 respondents." Less than 300 people? That could never represent the norm the surveys will probably volunteer based. It would stand to reason that people having sex will be more inclined to be involved.

I agree, I was just about to consolidate my comments. That's a contradiction. Black men could only be given those crimes and seen as sexual criminals because they were men. Though they weren't lynched so the punishment was less but there were still punishment. You speak with such confidence on these things that I'm sure you've never…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 01:53 PM

So then if it's the system, why are you pushing so hard that women are inherently better than men? Don't you see how you've contradicted yourself? Are you telling me that white women don't have a long systemic history of realizing there will always be a category of people that they can throw their anger at? Do racist Karen's not exist? Was that not a whole movement a few years ago exposing them? It's not a matter of gender. It's a matter of hierarchies. Women and men are the same in this regard.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 01:46 PM

It was guided to her by men. See? But when a man does it, oh no. He did it on his own. It wasn't the system. I'm claiming and it's been proven that that was the driving vehicle for the beginning of that movement because before then only people who went to war could vote except for black men who had to go to war with out the power to vote. The issue is, please take this to heart, You're conflating tall to normal. Tall is not normal. It is by definition above the norm. When people are fed healthy, they reach the norm. But if a guy has a fetish for big butts, that doesn't mean he's never slept, or never would sleep with the girl with a small ass. Especially if he has no other options. And in this sense fetishes can be waning. Also height isn't directly correlated to being healthier, and has little to do with nutrition, It's all genetic lottery, and maybe posture. I t…

So your whole point boils down to caring too much about what other people think. Fetishes work the same way. Fetishes take the stereotypes that society puts around certain people and turns them into a sexual kink. Black men and hispanic man are a lot of times seen as more sexual but that is just a societal generalization. These insecurities that women have are the same thing, You're associating social traits with physical traits. It's in the same vein as a fetish and it's equally as unhealthy.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 11:50 PM

Those men wanted to sleep with you. Sure that's not the same thing as what I'm talking about. Most women can get most men to sleep with them. I'm talking about something different. I don't want this to devolve into a measure of attractiveness. I'm saying any inquisitive mind can reason that privilege from a young age warps your personality. It's odd and disingenuous that you would argue against that. Also way to humble brag, You just come across sounding like a user imo. Also fax no printer has …
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 11:45 AM

Actually you can't be THAT attractive and raised as a wholesome lady. I don't think that's actually possible, It's like being born as the 1% richest person in the world and being a wholesome person. I'm not naive enough to think that's possible. Are you? You respond to how the world treats you. If you've had every man you've ever wanted and every man who's ever looked at you has wanted to give you things for free or wanted to be with you. You would not be responding to me this way.. In fact, you…

Yes, I agree. Thank you for that random sentence. Now back to the argument, whether you talk about it or not, it's still wrong. I don't want to argue that it's worse to talk about it, That's obviously true. You shouldn't be talking about your sexual life in any public/professional setting.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 10:33 AM

I've just talked to very beautiful women, they were all very privileged because that's how life had shaped them. In truth, our personalities are reflection of how society has treated us. You seem to have a good level of discernment, That would be impossible if you were born in a bubble in which everything was handed to you because you looked good. The women I'm talking about are like the top 1% of beautiful women and at that point I couldn't blame them because they weren't allowed the brain deve…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 10:30 AM

Apparently you don't live the life of an attractive woman either lol
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 10:21 AM

I think he's talking about the top 1% just as the top 1% of wealthy people are the ones you experience true privilege. The top 1% of beautiful women absolutely make money off their looks. That's why the term supermodel exists.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 10:19 AM

Actually that's a fallacy. The issue is that power comes with responsibility. That's why many kings and queens went mad or were beheaded. True privilege is having unlimited comfort without the responsibilities. Power is the opposite of that, power implies action and control.

Can you please explain the difference? I would also like to know. According to the dictionary definition of fetish has to do with an inanimate object or in an inanimate characteristic of another person. A pretty face is technically the same thing as large breasts as there is no inherent personality behind those two qualities. If you never met the person and only saw that they had a nice face and then wanted to have sex with them, is that any different than only seeing that they have big boobs an…

I think the problem is women will obsessively pursue tall men and then convince themselves that the reason they like tall men is not a fetish but some other reason birthed out of mental gymnastics. In truth, the physical traits that we seek out in long-term partners is inherently sexual as we are sexual beings and procreation is at the top of our genetic function. If you ONLY go for a certain race (and an overwhelming amount of women only go for taller men), You can convince yourself that you li…

My argument is that all that other fluff that you talked about doesn't matter why when where you decided to talk about it doesn't matter. The facts that you have a fetish is what matters. You're not better than anyone else with the fetish just because you said it at the right time in the right tone to the right person or just because they took it well.

I don't think anyone ever refutes that personality is a big deal. I think people refute the idea that personality is all that matters, which is what many, but not all, women claim. Plus personality follows good looks most of the time because how the world treats you shapes how you respond to it. Many people Just can't accept that they would probably be just as terrible if they were treated the same their entire life.

Hold on, is your argument really that CEOS are "often" sociopaths and that's why he's struggling lol? I'm just going to move past that. Having emotional intelligence does not equal doing well in dating either and OBVIOUSLY being a CEO is not an inherent sociopathic trait. This is a wild stance.

I'm not talking about sex. I'm talking about emotions surrounding loss. There are women in the real world and online who are angry that the man they are sleeping with won't commit to them. They are actually angry. I have seen them insult and belittle these men (while still having sex with them). But I would be a fool to say that these women felt entitled to a relationship. I really dislike this argument of entitlement. If it's natural within your body and within your genetic makeup to yearn for something and to spend your life achieving it, that does not make you entitled that makes you a human being. What You just brought up is an anecdotal experience. Now if we compare that to the anecdotal experiences of everyone on earth, there will be an overwhelming amount of men who have higher libidos then their wives. Obviously the OP is talking in generalities, In fact, there can never be a debate on the topic of societal dating or on the topic of almost anything in the world with out a preliminary generalization.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 10:58 AM

I think the issue is that society generally demonizes the naturally elevated libido of men. In fact, society generally demonizes the natural elevation of libido period. But if the narrative is centered around what women think is acceptable then men will always be villainized. You went to extreme hyperboles and kind of avoided his debate topic by bringing up dehumanizing women. That has nothing to do with libido in the context of OP's stance. That seems like a straw man. Does it not?

I think this is a terrible point. You don't owe anyone in explanation for why you need to emotionally protect yourself. No one is owed a friendship just like no one is owed a relationship. If a woman thinks so lowly of you that you would do all this pretending just to get in her pants then she never really respected you in the first place and she's way too quick to paint you as a villain without taking your feelings into account. No need to single him out. I think you two are talking about two sides of the same coin. Men do have high relationship standards, but low sexual standards due to the influence of testosterone and our naturally elevated desired to procreate. That's fine. But I don't see how any of my points are ignorant. I'm not saying it's okay to attack women. And nowhere in that statement am I absolving those men of their crimes. Again. Your glossing over the statement " socially acceptable" You're literally telling these instances to the internet and we are telling you that they are not acceptable and we are society. Just because they did it to you doesn't mean that that was socially acceptable. Do you understand that? I should add that it shouldn't be socially acceptable to berate anyone. Man or woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 12:48 PM

No, but men do get murdered more than women for just existing. And many people regurgitate the statement "by other men" but that's just victim blaming imo. Since the killer is in most cases mentally unwell, they literally can't represent men as whole or be considered a part of the same group. In that same vein, those mentally unwell men didn't need those women to say no for them to attack. They were always bound to attack someone.

This line of questioning is very telling. It seems you have a biased against men though you're trying to insinuate. He has a biased against women when he literally said he's not making generalizations he's giving you a specific experience. Anyone with any literary background who analyzed your comments can tell you are being condescending and arguing in bad faith from the get-go. Why does this have to be the go-to? Why can't we just have civil discussions?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 12:24 PM

I disagree with this statement heavily. I believe women and men are equally shitty. And I believe that women have the capacity to be just as shittiest man when put in the right circumstances. If we believe men are the more physical creatures while women are the more social creatures than it would be obvious that women and men " attack" in different ways. Men attack physically women attack socially but they attack at the same rates and with the same ferocity. The impacts are just different
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 12:20 PM

This is not a true statement. If you did a search it would be very very easy to find posts that makes sweeping generalizations of hate. There are literally posts titled "I hate all men." And they are women in the comments defending that statement not clarifying it. In truth, there is no difference between the toxic feminine and toxic masculine. The only difference is your bias.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/24 12:18 PM

I think it's naive to truly believe that what we experience doesn't shape us in some way. Experts can tell if you're middle child just by the way you speak and your mannerisms. I think in many cases it's very easy to tell when a man or woman has a proclivity to entertain multiple partners. There are always signs and footprints in the psyche. This goes for everyone.

Game is how you know. If they are "good with women" and they are good with you and men are generally bad with you, then you guessed it. That's likely a red flag. Who is arguing for Red pill here? Not me. That's what I mean by bias. I never once mentioned red pill. Very odd. I'm giving you a very clear argument but you keep on fighting a ghost of a past argument you had with some red piller. Read the words I'm writing, not the fake conversations going on in your head. Also, my apologies, I didn't realize you were male. I still see some biases. Please believe me when I say men and women are more like than you care to admit
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/24 04:34 AM

Not even trying to be insulting but I don't think you have the capacity to have a real argument. You're tainted by your bias and hatred against men. Most men aren't posting on Reddit... You know that right? Break out of your box. You're literally saying that men HAVE NEVER been rejected just because of their looks. Then you're saying women HAVE NEVER. Looked down on or thought less of a man who they deem unattractive. That's asinine. Know why? Women are humans. They do shitty stuff too. That's n…

This comment confirms your bias and hatred towards men. There's nothing left to talk about. As if women are the only humans capable of having deep relationships. Sounds like all the men YOU hang around are trash. That's a skill issue

I'm not making that argument. I understand you may see it everyday but I am not making it. My argument is that women care about looks the same as men and yet pretend as if they have some sort of innate altruism that makes them look at personality more than men do. And don't pretend as if women many women don't frame it as such that men are shallow compared to them. I think You're guilty of doing the same thing you claim men are doing. Hearing what you want to hear. Men aren't saying oh so women …

Sorry, I should have added /s. Because your anecdotal diatribe should have been flagged in your head as a useless comment before you typed it.

Yeah, when are we as a society going to be honest about how important looks are when it comes to dating? I think most men are honest about it but not all. And I know people like to hide behind the " personality is the most important thing" debate. But we've all known a man or woman (and not just one) who has fallen for a pretty face despite the red flags. This whole " I don't just want someone nice" stance is not genuine. Because if someone is attractive enough all they have to be is nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 09:23 PM

I think you're forgetting that thin young people can be unattractive. Attractive people are attractive. I think there's a baseline for attractiveness when it comes to the general public and I think thin is among the list, but just because they're thin and college age does not mean they are attractive. That's my argument

I think where we differ is that you're judging people on what they do naturally while I'm not. Till the end of time people will do what they can to get what they want and so will you. You're no better than anyone else. Don't kid yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 09:04 PM

Of course it sounds that way to you. You're biased.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 07:32 PM

I really dislike arguments like these where women claim that men aren't valuing their looks enough. If you are a woman that dates women and you are attracted to women, that's fine. You can view women as beautiful flawless creatures. Men don't have to. Men are allowed to have standards. They are allowed to have beauty standards just like women are. Unless you're God and you're the moral authority of the universe and everything you think about anything is always right. You cannot say that someone'…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/24 07:17 PM

He just explained that it's not settling. How did you miss that first sentence? The clear difference is women think they're settling men do not think they're settling. It's really just semantics because if they both end up with their respective matches, It's socially more common for the woman to complain then the man that she settled. Hell some women even say going 50/50 is settling. Really examine that sentence. Doing equal work is settling for some women I've never ever heard A man say going 5…

This is what is commonly known as anecdotal experience. " Every woman you know" is infinitesimally small compared to the actual amount of women that are out there. Not to mention women are not a monolith. So you speaking for all women by using a small subset is odd.

I'm not even trying for an insult. I'm genuinely serious. If that stuff is showing up on your feed, that's not an accident.

The p*** you're talking about is a specific category. If you're watching that you probably have some trauma. I've never come across that. ever. It's really not hard to not see that type of stuff at all. Very odd and telling that that's what's on your feed. But maybe you're just thinking of a specific article you saw that was hyperbolic. At the end of the day, humans can be deranged men and women alike. You could make that type of stuff illegal but you never make it stop. The people doing that an…

I don't agree with this. I've rarely seen men be rude to older women that they aren't attracted to like aunts, grandmas, teachers, professors. I think past a certain age, past a mature age, that's when we should be judging a whole genders actions (If we should be at all), but I think a lot of women inflate the college frat bro mindset to all men that exist out there. Men who work and work hard are not flooding social media. Those are mostly children. In public a man would be shamed by men and wo…

You asked me how it was a privileged position. That's what I answered. Now you're asking me a completely different question that does not have to do with what I said. If you read it, I said that this on face value is not an unfair set of rules in the world. But yes, if a man wants something that does not want him then he must go the extra mile to obtain that. If he has to lie he will lie, women do the same when they try to change a guy. It's human nature, not rocket science

Yea I agree with this. One very famous streamer having relationship issues is not proof in any sense. It's odd to conflate that, Even if it does support your point completely.

It's privileged to suggest he should just "be himself" That assumes that there is someone out there who will just naturally be attracted to that. This is where your privileged mindset is flourishing because of your bias. Gentle women are still looking for cavemen and cavewomen are still looking for gentlemen in some regard. But what you've done is taken away the agency of the man to choose who they like. Instead they have to settle for who likes them. On face value I don't think this is an unfai…

There's an intersectionality between being tall and being a different race and that connection to threat assessment based on personal bias. In that instance, I do not believe this is race baiting as I am bringing up a very real issue. However, I am not asking to focus on race, but instead focus on how physically imposing people are 100% profiled. I feel it's disingenuous to even argue the opposite just because you have some very niche lived experiences.

That's a very privileged position to take. As the receiver in the modern romantic vehicle, you don't understand that attracting women takes more than putting a for sale sign on the window. I do believe that women are not a monolith, but I don't believe that their standards are as different as they think. In order to attract most women or any woman, you need to fit a base standard. Many men are not born with the resources to achieve that standard. We speak for them, the ignored; not the winners y…

You've obviously never been profiled because you're a woman. As a man and a man of color and a tall man of color, many women absolutely treat me like a threat compared to my shorter and lighter skinned friends. Humans are natural threat assessors. Don't be obtuse and think that the size of the threat doesn't matter.

It's odd and actually kind of unnerving that you are kind of humble bragging about your height when no one asked and when you claim to understand the challenges of those who don't meet those standards. I'm also in that desired height range but it actually makes me more sympathetic to the struggles of those who aren't. Not boastful about how I'm blessed and they're not. It screams insecurity from you which is odd since you have a girlfriend and claim to have won the genetic lottery. But personali…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 06:52 PM

This is a terrible argument. You can't force your house or car to "never change". He's talking about protection. Look beyond the trigger of simple metaphors. When you have a boyfriend you don't want him flirting with other women. It's disrespectful in it's own right but WHY is it disrespectful? It insinuates your value is less in the relationship. You can protect yourself by having that *usually unspoken* boundary. Even though not ever flirt cheats and not every cheat flirts. He can protect hims…

That's called confirmation bias. Women say these things all the time. Just cuz you're not around to hear them doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

You seem to love making wildly unsupported claims like these. You have no evidence to support your claims but anecdotal thoughts yet you parade around like they are definitive proven truths. You completely ignored that almost ever man on this thread has their own anecdotal experience that directly contradicts what you have neither proven or supported. From an outside perspective, YOU are just another commenter with confirmation bias, who never even stopped to question if your claims have any val…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/24 12:12 PM

You immediately started with a strawman. "Deserve to be abused" who in their right mind would ever think anyone on this earth deserved to be abused. Immediately? Really?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 09:51 PM

When you are no longer a child you cannot expect someone to protect you if you cannot first protect yourself. Especially a stranger. If you choose a man that you and everyone else can see has red flags. The burden is on no one but you to get away. I cannot control that man. He is not complaining. You are complaining, that means you must find a solution because it is your life.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/24 08:43 PM

What's with these insults? So now when someone wants to be appreciated they don't have a stable sense of self. You have real hatred in your heart for other people to even jump to that conclusion. Find healing

I'd say the same to you. He's clearly asking you for clear evidence to back up your points and you keep responding with half truths with just enough concrete evidence that it seems to support your point until he dives deeper into it. It's not his fault that you have weak sources.
