I would just stop trying to curate a "best of" personality that you think will get girls, including manufacturing a behaviour of a "genuine nice guy". As soon as I stopped caring about outcomes, you naturally be yourself and leave nothing on the table. As soon as I did that I went on dates and eventually found a girlfriend.

I think this is something that a lot of people here miss and just go for the "macho womaniser" trope. I stopped being Mr. Nice Guy and turned into a genuinly nice guy who didn't expect anything in return. Once you let go of outcomes beyond your control, you don't leave anything on the table and you have nothing to lose.

100% agree. There is no room for any nuance becuase doing so is (in their minds) inherently contrarian.

The point isn't to intentionally ignore her, it's to prioritise your life (at times) instead of putting her on a pedestal and always being available for her above other things.

It's not manipulation, they're just good techniques. If you don't want to learn you're already setting yourself up for failure.

Nice write up, reading it made me realise that I used these techniques with my now-girlfriend naturally.

Probably the best explanation I’ve seen. I’d like to see your descriptions for 1-4, just for fun.

Dude has never dared spoken to a woman IRL.

Take it slow, connect on an emotional level, making her comfortable by taking it at her pace. That’s what has worked for me in finding my current GF.

I mean, you can focus on yourself and women *will* be attracted to you naturally, you just need to make the move.

I feel like doing the latter is crazy. That’s way too fast for a first date. I took it slow with my GF, getting to know her deeply and it’s been fantastic, way more fulfilling than if we had just gone all in on the first date.

Ask her out within a week, “would it be crazy to ask you out on a date?” Yes or no. Job done.

I don’t mean fully go to college, but take a semester of classes, whether it be a language or something else.

Scholarships and individual courses are a thing you know. Your response speaks volumes.

How old are you? Taking a course at university is a great way.

You don’t have to fill in every moment of silence. It’s a common mistake to think silence = lack of charisma

When they ask for your IG, that’s when you’re in IMO. Scored a couple of dates that way.

You're backpedaling on your feelings to make yourself less vulnerable.

I doubt you’re striking a particularly zesty pose at these parties.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
