Seems like nobody knows what radical feminism is. Even radical feminists.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/26 07:06 PM

I'm so glad I'm gay. It's like a nightmare over here.

Women are manipulative.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/26 01:59 PM

Kinda are though

If my sister constantly talked shit about me she wouldn't be my best friend, she would be my worst enemy. Same for women who talk shit about me without knowing me. when confronted by a stray dog with no leash, we do not take the chance to see if its friendly the majority of the time Ah what a joy to read
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/26 02:42 PM

That figure wasn't mine, I was just pointing out your shitty logic. But yeah the real figure is closer to 5%, with 1% of the men responsible for the vast majority of violent crime.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/26 02:40 PM

No notes. Although in the bottom of the barrel poor and uneducated men do get the short of the stick compared to poor and uneducated men, in the West at least.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 11:40 PM

That's a very small sample and even then most women would be powerless against an average man if they are not very highly trained.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 11:30 PM

Well yeah sure. It was more a tongue-in-cheek way to emphasize that the opinion you just expressed was definitely on the red pill side of things.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 11:29 PM

It is my understanding that one of the central tenets of the red pill is that men are only valued through their competence.

Yes, as an answer to: Yup - god forbid you say men rape or men murder when they’re the primary demographic. But they sure do love swooping in with a “men built the world” and “men fight and die in wars” and “men work dangerous and important jobs.” When they’ve never built anything in their lives and sit behind a computer all day talking about how women have “easy jobs.”
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 11:13 PM

It should though

I accused them of having a flawed logic, not generalizing. And my last comment was about your flawed logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 11:05 PM

While much of what you're saying is true, being physically weaker and the constant harassment are very detrimental handicaps that men rarely comprehend, and it is so pervasive that you wouldn't trade for women's privileges if you had to experience it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 11:04 PM

Men are rapists???
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 10:47 PM

The previous argument being... an opinion? Lol Nope, a demonstration
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 10:47 PM

There are many 1% statistics about pretty horrible stuff, whatever the gender. It's very easy to say hateful stuff using 1% statistics.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 10:44 PM

Sure, but there are many hierarchical structures in the animal kingdom that determine access to reproduction, and there is probably some of it in human relationships. It's just stupid to try to perfectly match human society to animals.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 10:42 PM

It's a demonstration, even if it's not perfectly rigorous. Beats totally ignoring the previous argument and just stating an opinion.

The idea that men are superior is rooted in the hatred of women. As it was demonstrated in the comment you're replying to, it is not.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 10:28 PM

Okay so because a few egotistical machos say stuff about men and women's gender roles, it's okay to generalize about murder and rape???
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/26 10:26 PM

Well usually when women talk about dogs it's about how cute they are, not that they are natural killing machines. Also men are human beings, it seems that it's easy to forget these days.

I think in the matter of sex humans are beyond reproductive behavior and in the erotic teritorry, which is heavily influenced by society. That's why there's the concept of hook-up culture.

True, that's why may be women are better suited to take care of the children, while men go spread their seed.

I hope for your sake the men you date don't think of themselves so highly and of you so little that they would consider a date as a chance being given.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/26 12:12 AM
2

You're obligated to nothing. The phrase "give someone a chance" is so high horsey in this context. If I learned a man said that about me I would not approach him with a 10km long stick. Who would be so extraordinary and desirable that I would wish for them to "give me a chance"? The nerve... I am a worthy person and they should also think about impressing me.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/04/26 12:06 AM

Yeah women get to react however they want to boundaries in the limits of the law. However I and everybody else get to judge their reaction, with judgements ranging from "reasonable" to "crazy bitch" and to treat them accordingly. Sorry honey can't control what others think of you.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/26 02:44 PM

Yes that's what OP meant with the title "Women don't like when men have healthy boundaries". They meant that women don't like when men have healthy boundaries.

I accepted it. You are the one who disingenuously claimed it was comparable to taking a hitchhiker or that it doesn't have the philosophical ramifications I talked about.

1

You're forcing a connection where there is none. Really? You think? Let's follow your logic a bit. Elderly people are more at risk for errors and hence should be discriminated against when looking for a job. Uneducated people are more likely to commit crimes so we shouldn't rub shoulders with them. People with preexisting medical conditions are more at risks to get seriously ill so they shouldn't be covered by insurance. Fat people shouldn't be invited to the restaurant because they are at risk …
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/26 05:14 PM

This has huge philosophical ramifications about how we treat the uneducated, the poor, the old, the ill, etc. And it doesn't look pretty.

Galperin et al. (2013) This is about pregnancy. Birth control fixes that. Roese et al. (2006) This study finds no real psychological differences. Again, the main culprit is pregnancy and time invested\ You've said it yourself for the other studies. So no argument agains casual sex. There is one thing that could make women regret casual sex. Misogynistic people like you who slutshame them.

I think it gives me some perspective on the matters of love in the west. On one hand I am absolutely shocked by how the masculinist/redpill/fascist movement uses the same obscurantist ways islamists use to belittle women and corrupt relationships, and on the other I think it's such a shame how woke/leftist/liberal movements vilify men and make relationships with …

Oh yeah sorry if I misinterpreted it. I too think that willing to constantly please one's partner is extremely important. And it feels amazing to be served as well as being served, in different ways. Well, given that sexual crimes have never been lower, and misogyny has never been less acceptable, I'd say that it's because 1. single women are not socially incentivized to find a mate and 2. men as a whole are prejudiced against 3. for the first time a liberal society actively encourages gender segregation.

If by some miracles you find out that number is higher than average for their age it means they aren't a match to most men. Well, most men are sexist idiots then. I don't think they are, but if someone's sexual past is important to them, they might be. People value sex as a bonding experinece. Actually the topic is up for debate with arguments both for and against even in the scientific community. Your opinion is that it's not a science, and your opinion comes with bias. What debate are you talking about? You mean whether it follows the scientific method or not? The fact that it's up to debate is enough to disqualify it. And how can it be up to debate? Either it does or it doesn't. If you delve into its basics with a scientific background you immediately se that it doesn't. You are in…

First, medical practice is tried and founded on the scientific method (albeit there is much to criticize to it, i.e. the reproducibility crisis). Psychology and psychiatry are not. Second, therapy is by definition supposed to be a very long process. Therapists justify this by simply citing empirical evidence. An other interpretation of this is that it simply doesn't work, most of the time. Third, doctors base their practice around the scarcity of their resources: time, equipment, medicine, patie…

I wish they were just silly little insults. But I think the idiot over there really thinks the smaller cerebral volume of women makes them less intellectually capable. The thing is, this kind of sexism is socially frowned upon, and I don't think that many men would subscribe to it. On the other hand, seriously saying that men are natural violent rapists is absolutely socially acceptable. Man v. Bear, crime statistics, testosterone, etc. These are all very misandrist topics that are openly discus…

First of all, many WOMEN use the testosterone argument as a way to essencialize men as mindless raping beasts. These are the same women that use the hormone argument to perpetuate the "emotional woman" stereotype, but in a way that fits them. Second, you didn't really explain what is reverse-misogyny, which leads me to believe that what you are doing is simply invalidating the experience of misandry, but would love to be proven wrong. It may be in part in response to misogyny, but I think it als…

I wouldn't think women are less intelligent because of brain volume, or any reason for what it's worth, that would be stupid. I wouldn't mind men saying such stupid things though, especially towards people making comments such as these.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/26 04:54 PM

Of course it does. Moving, breathing, speaking humans most of the time more attractive than pictures.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/26 04:02 PM

The thing is, it may be common for you, but it's not common in general. The reason is women are more comfortable being single (good for them), so they have less incentive to "give chances".
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/26 04:00 PM
11

I would have been absolutely outraged by this kind of take a few years ago. But given that women have no problem with misandry such as treating men as mindless beasts where agression is in their testosterone-producing DNA, I think it's fair to go back women-are-stupid-because-of-their-smaller-brain style misogyny.

Well you said that you have the same thoughts about females and males while also stating that men have a biological compulsion to be violent and dominant. You said that my comment was an ad hominem attack when it wasn't. You said it was a rambling when it wasn't. So you stated untruths.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 08:42 PM

Not rambling, the logic is pretty easy to follow, the words are common and the phrases simple. And all you said in this tread is exactly basic men vs. women. Also do you know what ad hominem arguments are? You're really using the MAGA playbook by simply stating untruths about what is written in front of everyone's eyes and using buzzwords like "triggered". Because you can't really defend your position without taking unacceptable ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 08:30 PM

Not a recipe. Also people are not very comparable to fruits.

I have the same thoughts about all males and females. Evidently you don't. I’m in-group black so no black men don’t incite fear in me as much as it does you all. Black people, men or women, do not incite fear in me, because I don't let my prejudice guide my judgement of people, and I don't try to back it up with "statistics" As far as Gaza… you bastardized the fuck out of my comment if that’s your interpretation. It's a strawman for stopping misandrist discourse, like I just typed. It's in the comment just above yours. It doesn't make sense otherwise.

No, your precedent comment was a strawman associating stopping misandrist discourse (like what you just said) with not wanting to reduce violent crime.

Again, you're comparing criminal or abusive behaviour of a few men to the standard behaviour of women. And behaviour I was talking about is not the safety precautions you're talking about. It's you directly declaring that men are not safe because statistically they are more likely to be violent than women. If it was okay to say it about any other group (like black people for crime statistics for example), I would accept it. I wouldn't like it, because I think it's discriminatory and a breeding g…

Women being cautious around strangers isn’t targeting men as a class, it’s reacting to uncertainty in a situation. You're trying to steer this to strangers, which, if it was your real intention, would make me glad. But you clearly stated that it was towards men specifically. One is “I don’t know this person yet.” The other is “I’ve decided who you are.” Those aren’t the same thing. Knowing someone reduces the prejudice towards them. That’s not the same thing as personal safety choices. I would be stupid to not agree with it. What I'm pointing out is 1. How dumb it is to think that the problem is women not equals being criminals, and 2. The double standard that makes it okay to discriminate men based on statics but as soon as it is a minority then statistics are biased and they are the result of systemic oppression.

Okay so, honest question what in your opinion a good counter argument to the aforementioned racist dog whistle? And I sure hope you are ready the same rigueur and moral standing when analyzing your own misandrist dog whistle.

"Stranger danger", not "brown people danger" or "men danger". That's what makes it not fascist. Do you know what the words "prejudice" and "discrimination" mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 01:05 PM
13

You can deny the existence of the argument as much as you want to try to hide your failure to engage it, it still stands. You're not describing personal precautions, you're actively discriminating against half the population based on your prejudice. You are using the crimes of the few to justify treating the whole as criminals. You know, like collective punishment.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 12:59 PM
21

No, you would need to flip most of the words and add a lot more for it to become a banana bread recipe. The few words you need to flip for it to become an alt-right tagline shows how fascist-adjacent your reasoning is. That's what I'm arguing. That what you said is fascist. I thought it was obvious but on second thought it is quite common for that side of the political spectrum to have a really hard time either subtlety.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 12:47 PM

I think I may have misunderstood your point because I cannot believe it to be serious. Your problem is that crime is... gendered? Who cares about the gender of perpetrators? They are criminals who should be put out of society. Are you saying that it would be better if there were more women attackers because then what? We would be even? You would push the gender war to this point?

There this dog whistle in the fascosphere that begins with "despite making up only 13% of the population..." And now there's this "simply observing patterns and trends" which sound a lot like "simply asking questions". I sure hope this is a case of "vocal minority not representing reality" because, contrary to some people, I cannot fathom half the people in world being this despicable.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 12:18 PM

Oh I didn't notice it was a woman. You're right it's quite an unusual request from a woman. And surely some women might give better advice than men about what men actually prefer. I agree. Actually I would disagree with that. I think women are less inclined to reveal their true preference compared to men, because many of these true preferences (for men and women) are very ingrained in gender roles and patriarchy.

No, because of the difference between stated preference and revealed preference Some experienced men might give better advice than women about what women prefer.

The red pill approach is quite irrational in my opinion.

Then what's this has to do with anything?

The answer was stupid I agree but not the question. People interact with other people, share experiences and secrets with friends, they gossip. It's pretty interesting to compare anecdotal evidence to sociological statistics since those can be pretty flawed.

There's nothing wrong with being slutty. It's not a consequence of anything, it's just a normal behavior.

You can complain that society is harsh and that progressives abandoned you and victimize you without subscribing to the red pill rethoric.

Maybe because I'm usually mas…

I don't think most guys are abusive. That's a surprising, rare, and welcome opinion, thank you.

Idont see how thats related? I'm happy to explain: ugly abusive guys are the ones who are exposed and shamed. The pretty ones fly under the radar. So to conclude, a good personality is in no way a requirement for getting a relationship with a nice lady. It might be for you, but it's not a general rule at all.

Objectively untrue and directly contradictory with how widespread abusive relationships are.
