I have indeed heard of Passio, I came across his Natural Law seminar a couple months ago. His concept of free will and determinism appealed to me so much as it is something I have considered for a long time only to have him explain it in plain language. That seminar is what started me researching the subject more.

It is a rare thing to come across such a long reply that does not prattle. Funny also that you mention bike repair. Pulled up one of the bartenders for taking equipment from my bar for her own station upstairs. She walked past the store room where all the spare dry stock and equipment is kept to take it from my station. When I asked her why, her response was, "For the bants". Told her to get the fuck off my bar. One of the glass collectors, who has a crush on her tells her I was out of line and she should notify management. Then the encounter above takes place.

Fully understand this. I regularly get called a misogynist, last time it was from a manager who threatened me in a closed backroom with no recording equipment present. I believe his exact wording was, "If you had spoken to my wife or sisters like that we would be having more than words right now". I smiled and walked out of there. Stay safe gentlemen.

Yeah, it's why I've been doing this job for 10 years. There is nothing funnier that putting high school princesses in their place. As a chargehand in an exceptionally busy college nightclub I fully endorse this post, while avoiding venues like this is something I'd argue with. God damn do I hate facebook. I don't own a phone, TV or laptop so my ageing tower is my only connection to the outside world, when at home. The problem for me is the nightclubs and venues I work at only post the work rotas on their staff group pages. Tried getting printouts but they are often amended daily making them useless almost as soon as I get them. Makes for interesting problems with setting up dates too. It helps that there isn't nearly the same distances involved in the UK. Unless you live on an isle of the hebrides or the highlands of Scotland you are never more than a bus ride from a town with a nightclub. Never been to any of the Americas, though I'm starting to think I should pack my kilt and head out for some "travelling".
