The way I understand it, is that a punishment like that would only be dealt in the case that it is absolutely proven that the accuser made the story up. 2	You're saying that if I'm getting it on with a girl and she's not into, I'm a rapist? I used to work security at a University and had access to all the police cases on campus. You have no idea how many "rape" cases ended up being girls that regretted having CONSENSUAL sex. Seriously, this girl was doing shots, while giving a guy a lap dance and making out with him. Then she leads him into the bedroom. All of this was witnessed.
