Been waking up at 5 AM for the past 2 years and it has really changed my life. Here are 5 reasons to get up at 5 AM, and also some tips on how to get started. | Join the 5 AM club.I do 180g of banana and preworkout before my gym. 6 am for me as the gym doesn't open earlier. Sometimes you need the caffeine. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/08/17 08:08 PM
Been waking up at 5 AM for the past 2 years and it has really changed my life. Here are 5 reasons to get up at 5 AM, and also some tips on how to get started. | Join the 5 AM club.I wake up at 520 every morning, go to bed at 920, so I'm asleep by 940. I get the 7.5 hours I've learned need to sleep. Back at my old job I got up at 420 and went to bed at 820. Same routine. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/08/17 08:06 PM
Building Muscle with 5x5 Strong Lifts (67 KGs to 90 KGs in 2 years).Oh, I am aware. And even if I lost a bit of strength I don't mind. I've absolutely lost endurance, but Max effort lifts are about the same. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/07/17 10:46 PM
Building Muscle with 5x5 Strong Lifts (67 KGs to 90 KGs in 2 years).I'mm cutting from my college football weight of 290, so I'm coming from a good strength background, and I have maintained a good deal of my strength. I'm at 238 right now, shooting for 220ish or so then back to maintenance/lean gains. 85% kitchen, 15% gym. And then I laugh at people who ask how they can spot reduce fat on specific exercises. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/07/17 07:57 PM
Building Muscle with 5x5 Strong Lifts (67 KGs to 90 KGs in 2 years).Diet is everything for fat loss and people don't seem to get that. I'm on a 1k calorie a day deficit and lifting fucking blows, but I accept that. If I don't lift my ass off it will go slower and I'll lose even more strength. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/07/17 03:55 PM
How to beat Addictions (Gaming, Porn, Smoking) - The Story of a Man who turned his life aroundYeah, I deal with it because I know it isn't helthy to live at 280+, I'm working towards 220 right now. Just gotta have a goal, it's a journey. Thanks for the feels though man. I still love the gym, but it gets old cutting for months, while lifting your ass off, only to barely maintain strength. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/06/17 10:56 PM
How to beat Addictions (Gaming, Porn, Smoking) - The Story of a Man who turned his life aroundThe gym is something you get to do... Until you're on a 1000 calorie+ cut trying to drop weight from when you played guard on your colleges football team. Then the gym sucks. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/06/17 08:05 PM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeI guess I am being an asshole, I just read the title and went "there's no fucking way, I have to read about a no sugar diet." And then found out he was doing relatively the same thing I've been doing. It's good to spread awareness that sugar can be detrimental, I agree. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/06/17 03:30 PM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeAlthough I do wholeheartedly agree with you. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/06/17 02:55 PM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeNo shit, really? You're still intaking sugar. He said "zero sugar". And yes, I do realize I am being pedantic, however, ifhe had simply included the word "added" or "refined" to "zero sugar" it would have been a more accurate statement to what he was trying to say. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/06/17 02:46 PM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeI'm gonna go with he jumped the gun or poorly expressed himself. I also realize that's not what he actually meant, but it is what he said. I mean shit, the only added sugar I have in my diet is from a daily quest bar, every other carb is from a nutritive source, veggies, beans, eggs, etc., No fruit. But I wouldn't call that a "no sugar diet" because I'm still intaking sugar, albeit in "more natural" form. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/06/17 12:48 AM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeI'm not denying that's what he means, but that isn't what he comes out with in his introduction. | /r/TheRedPill | 16/06/17 12:46 AM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeWell this guy is saying absolutely zero sugar. Which means no veggies either... Or he's lying to himself. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/06/17 11:58 PM
Zero sugar will change your body and lifeAlmost every vegetable has sugar in it as well. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/06/17 11:29 PM
UK paternity test.Yeah, but nebraksa, outside of Omaha and Lincoln, is the Deep South of the Midwest. Good luck with any progressive ideals | /r/TheRedPill | 30/05/17 03:41 PM
The only oneitis in your life should be lifting.I woke up at 420 all summer because that was the only time I could guarantee my gym would be open and not in conflict with my 60-70 hour a week job. You make it happen and you learn to love the grind. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/01/17 08:33 PM
The only oneitis in your life should be lifting.God, yes. I pulled my hamstring yesterday morning while doing RDL (freak accident, no idea why), and my first though was "fuck, this is gonna kill my progress." I was more pissed that I couldn't finish my workout and that I have to take a week off than anything else. The pain will go away, but gains are lost. I did need an off week here soon, so I will use this week as a stretching, light cardio week and examine my baseline nutrition better. | /r/TheRedPill | 24/01/17 08:32 PM
The Red Pill and Blue Pill Perceive Time DifferentlyMy old job was restoration, mitigation, and construction. I also worked anywhere from 40-90 hours a week. We basically worked during the day until the job was done, be it 8 or 14+ hours. And I worked on call now and again. Before work was the only time I could guarantee that I would have 2 hours in the gym, so that's what I did. I really recommend it, everyone that is at the gym really wants to just get shit done and get out. It's no bullshit time that early in the morning. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/07/16 07:04 PM
The Red Pill and Blue Pill Perceive Time DifferentlyThat it is. I've always been a morning person so it doesn't bother me too much, but it's also the sort of thing where I'm already up, why the fuck wouldn't I just go to the gym, I'm not gonna sleep any more. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/07/16 02:02 AM
| 9 | The Red Pill and Blue Pill Perceive Time DifferentlyThis past summer is started getting up at 430 to lift every morning of the week, it really changes your perspective. When work starts you're already midway though your morning and ready to go. My favorite day of the week had become Monday because I get to start a new cycle of lifts for the week and squat on the first day. Weekends for me are just more time to lift, and time to get things ready for my week at work and in the gym. I have a bit of fun, but usually have more fun during the week.
