That's maybe the case once you get obese, but it's practically impossible to become obese with a 1500-1800 caloric intake and any sort of cardio activity unless there's an underlying medical condition that's affecting your metabolism or promoting weight gain. Walking is also the least efficient cardio activity you can do, because generally the more intense an activity is, the sooner you can achieve the same results.

How do you know which men have no standards so that you can safely ignore them? I agree in principle tho, and I think the only way forward is for men to raise their objectively low standards (on average) to match women's objectively high standards (also on average), and to stop approaching women in general because there's no reason for the vast asymmetry of effort in dating to exist in 2023. The other option is for women to drop their standards to somewhat realistic levels, and to start approach…

Your personal preference don't matter much because that's what happens when women take the completely passive role in dating with yay or nay being the extent of their involvement. As a consequence, women with none of those traits can easily get into relationships, while men need a combination of all of them or to at least be very high up in some of these, to "pass" the check.

In every way except for looks? Personality, status, wit/sense of humor, confidence, income, literally everything that men are supposed to have to be attractive, none of this is required for women. Even looks aren't that high of a standard considering many people seem willing to date women from this list, most of which are just fat.

If only being fat is the only reason men can be unattractive to women lmao. It's one on a laundry list, and each of them may have legitimate preferences against fat people.

Like if you’re 25 and chunky vs 32 chunky, big difference. Probably gonna put weight on in your 30s. Ultimately what's the difference tho. I get what you're saying but 30 isn't 50, they're still gonna keep getting fatter most likely and that's the person you're dating as they are on this picture.

Hourglass figure doesn't count if you're fat, just like big breasts or muscles on a guy who's 50% bodyfat. An hourglass is better than a board but only if you're within healthy weight ranges.

If you work out, you will typically weigh more Not unless you're putting on muscle mass which most women don't even when working out. For that you need to work out in hypertrophy rep ranges and be in a caloric surplus with enough protein. You also don't need BMI or any objective measurement to determine if you're fat. Does fat visibly swing under your triceps, does your stomach have rolls or is visibly big, how big are your thighs when you sit down. All of this indicate that one is indeed overwe…

Maybe only number 8 and possible 1, can't see her very well in that clothing. I'm not from US but if this is how average woman and men looks like over there, yall really need to do some basic fitness. You only get to 80kg+ as a woman if you both never touch any cardio, and your intake is over 2000 calories a day. Even one of those alone won't get you there, you need both to look like this.

I love when people easily recommend shit like "just change your entire life and you'll be more successful", sure, let me quit my job or give up on my free time so I can volunteer and get involved in social hobbies, none of which I have any interest in, so I have better prospects of meeting more women. Even if true this advice is nearly meaningless to many men because the only option is for all of us to be doing the exact same shit and be social butterflies even if it goes completely against ever…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
