1	UPDATE: After a messy break up and spending a year as an alcoholic, I turned over a new leaf. I quit drinking(4wks now) and got a puppy. My grandfather is my landlord and I do not pay rent. He told me either the pup goes or we both go. What should I do? You dont chose your family. The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. Family CAN matter as much as any other relationship but not because of genetic similarity.
