2	How do you build up A broken Man? You can't push aside trauma. Trauma is a complex grief that doesnt heal unless its properly treated. It is sitting in your body, and until you process it, its going to stay there. You cannot muscle through it. Don't listen to people who say you are makimg excuses. You need professional help to teach you how to heal from your past. Feeling like death every morning is a burden you should not have to bear, and I dont think a woman is gonna magically fix that. I do think you are putting romantic and sexual intimacy on a pedestal. You think if you can just get it right, you will be fixed.
