4	Do You Regret Your Marriage? If this is how you truly feel and not a fleeting feeling; then your actually being selfish to her and you. Would you want to be with someone who doesn’t want you? bite the bullet and get a divorce. She may hate you and drag you through the mud. However your just wasting both your time and it’s unfair to her if that’s how you truly feel. 1	Agree to unreasonable settlement now or face 2 years in court? I’d say fight it. I get that your getting impatient and want things done. But you will just regret it later and that will last a lifetime. I don’t understand why it would be 2 years, I think that’s widely overestimated. I’m from Aus as well btw. Best advice is to listen to your lawyer, they been through this multiple times if they are competent. Hence why your paying them for their time.
