I’ve had trainers for the last 6 years . I am an x marine and have lots of muscle however I guess I can try and slim down vs lifting more. Perhaps your right I guess. So your saying I should try and lose my mass? And get super lean? I was down to about 13% body fat before on my last run. I’ve definitely got lots of work ahead of me
