Yeah racist people exist and do racist shit but often these setups don't pass the vibe check. Gold diggers don't usually advertise themselves like this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but although he was standing outside at the point of arrest he had previously entered the court building and attempted to interfere with defendants. Technicalities notwithstanding, he was given clear instructions not to interfere with court proceedings and then tried to skirt the line.
