I don't know what it would be like with more women, but generally women have better access to empathy. | 1 | FINESSED.Well in things like legislation it's largely men creating laws. It took huge cultural movements and activists to change things. While things are more tolerant it's obvious with some laws in how convoluted they can be that the intent was to be oppressive. Such as the bail system.
