Women suffer under it and men benefit from it in a multitude of ways (getting paid comparatively more, having to deal with harassment far less, having your opinions taken more seriously in comparison to ours, ect) You need to think critically about what systemic oppression means, do women have power over men due to sexism? Ok let's say I find nudes of a woman I work with online, as a woman I could bring those nudes to hr as a "concerned employee" and get her fired. I probably wouldnt be able to do that to a man, but I would obviously be just as able to get her fired if I was a man.
