You're dealt a hand of cards in life that you can't change, look to take advantage of it, not to look at it as a disadvantage. Do you exercise often / are in shape. It helps boost your self-confidence a lot, I started doing it everyday and my confidence has gone up a ton without feeling as insecure as I used to feel. Also, reading all of these FR's on seddit make approaching women seem not as creepy anymore
