| 3 | Birth Control AdviceI second this! I use the Caya diaphragm with contragel (non hormonal!, I wasn't personally comfortable with a traditional spermicide) and really like it. I agree it can be annoying to insert before sex, but it only takes seconds. The Caya option can be purchased online and doesn't need to be fitted. I learned about it from a friend who was also very happy. I purchased mine from APO Health online.
