Wouldn't say that is neccesarily true. a friend of mine has just finished college. His parents aren't really wealthy and got a divorce when they were young the mom had to supply for 3 guys with a teachers salary and my friend had to pay for all college fees himself by working side-jobs and he's still known as one of the most outgoing people at our college, organises a bunch of events himself and still plays video games in his free time.
