Even then, how do you prove that someone deliberately skipped pills rather than forgot to take them on time or took them correctly and they still failed? Wearing a condom is a lot easier than going to court to prove these things. Not necessarily. There are BC pills that can now be purchased OTC in the UK with no prescription from a GP.
