Most people are good, but 12% of all people are assholes (that is a statistic I made up btw). The problem is that those 12% assholes are also the loudest and tend to direct the conversation. The people who are causing this hysteria right now are that 12%.

It portrays men as animals. Literally dehumanising them. Women are rational human beings whereas men are insatiable animals driven by compulsive instinct.

How is it not already against the law? Discrimination based on sex is illegal in a variety of contexts (work, justice, etc. etc.) Assault or harassment is obviously illegal... I don't get it.

It's insane that being concerned about male suicide rates is considered misogynist. But I wonder is that all there is to this story? Was there anything in what you shared that was negative of what's going on right now? Was it just the suicide figure or was there some comment to go along with it?

Actually no. Just because they are not guilty doesn't mean the allegation was false, it just means there was not enough evidence to convict and therefore they are presumed innocent. Rape is a very tricky thing to convict for. Unless a rape was violent, it is very difficult to prove. With forensics you can prove that someone had sex, but there is no way to prove rape.
