9	How come we don't advocate for more men to work in female-dominated fields? Men don't advocate for female dominated fields because those are the fields men generally don't want to be in. The same thing is happening for the stem field, women don't want to be in it. However they keep trying to get them into it and forcing STEM fields to take all female applicants causing a 2 to one preference for females in the field.
