You're being really silly here OP, all those jobs depend on the popularity of the person, if you're in higher demand, you can get a higher pay. Women are generally more popular in these fields so they're higher paid, it's not a big sexism issue, A tier male actors are paid far more than B tier female actors and vice versa.
