For the smoking part, I can absolutely recommend The Easy Way To Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. Extremely effective method. For working out in the gym, my recommendation is to start with StrongLifts. Only 5 exercises, 3 times a week. Download the app as well. Will make your life infinitely easier. And for the cooking part, what I did was borrow a few cookbooks from the library and follow them to the letter.
