You don't need to tell them. Wait until the nesting phase starts. I came home to all the furniture in the apartment being different.

Not hers. There was literally no strength behind her punches. She was just flailing around throwing a temper tantrum.

She was flailing and landing super ineffectual blows. He had her pinned and was just lacing her in the head. The teacher probably ran over as soon as they noticed the altercation. Literally everyone but the authority figure stood and watched it happen. No white knighting here, but don't use logic on this sub. The women haters can't stand it.

I was at a party a few years back. Myself and another guy were wearing the same t-shirt. All the girls were freaking out and commenting about it. One asked me how I felt and if I was embarrassed. I said, it's good to know someone else has good taste too.

Let's agree to disagree. Different strokes for different folks and all that.

That's why she's still in Aquaman 2 and Johnny Depp was pushed out of Fantastic Beasts. WB has picked who they're supporting.

Don't watch any DC stuff. Make it a true boycott.

Had they arrested someone over her lie, their life would have been ruined. Plus this little lie makes it a lot harder for actual rape victims to be taken seriously. What she did is a very big deal. She likely won't see any jail time, but 32 years doesn't seem that extreme considering the potential consequences of her lie.

Would you want to work for the people who supported your abuser over you?
/r/PussyPassDenied12/11/20 04:59 PM

Right! Let's make The Batman a flop. No one watch The Boys. Stay away from the Arrowverse. Why give your money to a company that would fire someone to protect their abuser.

Any Warner Bros. property. Really sucks. DC has always been my favourite.

We don't know the scope of the reshoots do we? Regardless, Zack Snyder and Warner Bros. are supporting an abuser over the abused. If that sits well on your conscience then so be it.

She's still listed on Aquaman 2's imdb page. According to a few articles from mid October, she is still in the movie but in a potentially reduced role. https://www.google.com/amp/s/cosmicbook.news/amber-heard-aquaman-2-role-reduced%3famp

I guess we will see. Considering he never got to finish filming the movie I don't see how that's possible.

He was asked to resign. It's really semantics at this point. They wanted to distance themselves from him, but fully support Amber Heard.

I already didn't care about his cut of the movie. This just casts thay feeling in stone.

Depending on her contract it could mean money in her pocket. I'm sure she got paid for shooting the scenes, but if she has any kind of residuals built into her contract then she gets more money. I'll take the downvotes, but I won't legally watch any movie she is in again.

Then you are all for giving Heard more work.

It isn't really his cut anyways. I guarantee there will be footage in it that he didn't shoot. Regardless, choosing to not include a handful of scenes doesn't make it not his cut. Just makes him a compassionate human being.

How is it too late to cut her out of that movie? She was already cut from the theatrical release. Just don't add her scenes back in.

Which one is advertised more? People do care about women's sports when it is advertised. For example, in Canada the women's Olympic hockey team usually gets really good media coverage because they tend to perform really well. The NBA does very little to promote the WNBA.

To be fair, you are correct. Given context though, it appears they were expected to be in an "exclusive" relationship. I've watched a lot of videos of cheating dudes getting their ass handed to them. They both sound like trash people. Everyone loves to watch someone else's dumpster fire.

It is a very old fashioned mindset. Traditionally, women have been the primary caregivers and men the providers. Judges assume mothers will be the better caregiver. Along with being primary caregiver, many women often gave up careers to take care of their families. Therefore the ex-husband pays support to the wife and all children regardless of his quality of life.

Right. That list is to disprove what Elizabeth Banks said. They are all successful action movies with main female characters, which directly contradicts Banks' statement.

Yep. That should be the litmus test. Sigourney Weaver was cast as Ripley because she was the best for the role. They didn't set out to cast a woman. The script never stated Ripley's gender. They just cast the best person.

That's the thing, she isn't entirely wrong. "Snuck" is an informal word that has come into popular usage. "Sneaked" is the proper past tense form of sneak. There are numerous articles about it from around 2012. Of course, in a talk show setting I think informal conversational language is acceptable.

Because they aren't more or less educated on the topic than any ordinary citizen. They just have a larger platform to share their opinions. The real question is why do people give so much weight to the opinions of celebrities?

You are going to kill a person if you lift them onto your shoulders. Hell, a firefighters SCBA mask would melt if they stood up into the smoke layer. The average house fire can create temperatures anywhere between 1000 to 2000 farenheit (537 to 1100 degrees celsius). That's just a house fire. https://youtu.be/EehF0UHYaYk this is a really good video that shows how fast a home fire can develop. You can see how quickly the smoke and heat layer descends. The general rule of thumb is that a fire doub…

Women are expected to and do pass the same physical tests as men do to become firefighters. Look up videos of the CPAT (Candidate Physical Aptitude Test). I have personally seen 120 lb women dominate that test while much physically stronger men fail.

That isn't how firefighters are trained anymore. You wouldn't want to stand up in a fire even in bunker gear. The heat would be too intense. They also don't carry people anymore. They drag out any people or bodies they find. If you were still alive, you sure as shit wouldn't be if a firefighter lifted you up into the smoke layer.

I was aware your overall statement was sarcastic. It should still be called rape. Doesn't dilute the sarcasm in your comment to call the crime by it's name.

The point isn't that the student necessarily feels like a victim. Many young girls don't always view themselves as victims in these circumstances. The adult still raped a child, even of the child gave "consent". By law, that woman is unable to gain consent from that child. Regardless of whether you are a horny teen boy or not, the law does not recognize your consent in that situation. Therefore, she is a rapist.

Meaning she worked even harder to rape children.
/r/PussyPassDenied18/02/20 07:37 PM

Even if these kids were 18, her position of authority over them makes any "consent" questionable at best. Most colleges and universities have rules against teachers engaging in sex with students for this very reason.

Selectively trying to rape them. She isn't fucking them. They are legally unable to consent. Even if they were college age, her position of authority over them makes any consent questionable.
