-2	Florida Considers Ending Lifetime Alimony there is a lot more than just taking care of children as a stay at home parent most of the time. you're the household manager at that point. cleaning, cooking, errands, childcare ect. its still a job, albeit a job that you get to see your kids grow up durring. however, the alternative is that both parents work, and neither gets to see their children grow up. -1	Found in my College Text Book... Because men can't be raped... Because they and their is technically plural. In day to day speech, we use they and their as singular, but it's not correct English. Using incorrect English in a textbook severely discredits the author. What they should have said was "his or her", but it breaks the flow of the writing violently. They could have written his or her, which is what one of my teachers told me to do in all my papers... It really detracts from the paper.
