Hardly saturated. We can't find enough qualified people where I work to do IT support shit. Starting salaries for new college grads here in the silicon valley have got to be over $70k. A few years of experience and people are pulling in $150k+. That's not development, it's doing phone support. Rather high-end support, but support nonetheless.
