i’m talking more about open relationship specifically, you’re right about the age gap thing. My whole point is, it’s very much useless if you’re going to be in a relationship where it causes trouble for both parties and you’re aware it would. Sure you can have fun but at the same time you should be aware of the consequences (like hurting each other mentally). If i personally know that something fun has a consequence of hurting me, obviously i wouldn’t do it. So to me it just seems weird why both…

when you want to do something you like is it wasting time? No, unless i’m clearly aware whatever i’m doing is gonna waste my time. we all know how this relationship is gonna end Why not try? Because if i see that 99% of the time there’s failure, why would i bother try? Explain how open relationships would ever work and why it’s a good idea

you’re right. but you have to accept the fact an open relationship is just weird and impossible for it to work, it’s obvious. sure they’re experiencing it but sooner or later they’ll know it won’t last long
