1	Give me a program I know what helped me become less anxious was when, for example, i was interacting with a cashier or someone similar i tried to notice their eye colour (to practice eye contact) smile lots, and ask questions like "are you having a busy day today?" Or something friendly that gets them to talk about themselves or whats going on with them at that point in time. People respond really well, it makes you feel good and more confident.
