Autism is a spectrum and there are definitely men who are undatable due to that, from the stereotypical greasy ‘basement dwellers’ to people who have to live in care homes since they can’t take care of themself or hurt their family. Meanwhile… there’s other autistic men with a high enough IQ or low enough sensory/processing issues who can integrate into society and learn to practice hygiene and appropriate behavior and be active listeners.
