I don't know how old you are but as a 30-something man, sometimes I look at men my age and realise how shit they look on average. Skinny fat, bad haircuts, slovenly dress sense. At a bare minimum all you have to do is look less shit than the average man your age.

A lot of guys here have success with insta so take this with a grain of salt but I've always found insta a waste of time.
