Anyone else notice that?The good news is that roughly 90% of custody cases are worked out by the parents - without the courts. In my state, - and more states around the country are headed that way - custody is given 50/50 when it does go to court. As for equal partners - often the problem is that both parents work full time, though the woman more often than not earns less sometimes a lot less - and the kids need support.
