You act like you'e going to melt into a pool of snot. You should only be worried about being discarded if you don't have a personality. Men age too. Take care of your health, and your skin. Find a man who also already has a child. Problem solved.

Oh girl!!! I got you. Go on YouTube and check out Chloe Ting. She has 15 minute weight loss videos, and some other free programs. I started doing one video a day, now 2 a day. I have a long way to go but I have seen great results in such a short time in lieu of strength.

I think you need a lot of self love, and self worth work before you can progress. There is true merit to loving yourself and being comfortable with yourself, because if you have a sense of identity, you won't be completely lost and in shambles when a partner exits your life. Know yourself. Know your worth. Act on it. Your past is the past. You recounting it and memorizing it …

I think actions are great but also be sure to remind him how thankful and grateful you are that he is enabling an environment that you can thrive in. Appreciation goes a long way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
