10 years seems like a long time for a consensual relationship. Obviously she was in the wrong, but many murderers and people who rape 5 year olds don't get this sentence. Even using the term rape here implies no consent, which is incorrect. While a 13 year old has less mental and emotional maturity, he did consent. 2 to 4 years is a more appropriate sentence, so she can learn and move on.
