| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsIt's completely off topic and it doesn't really interest me rn so I'm not going to get into it | /r/MensRights | 07/01/17 08:39 AM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsOmg yeah it's really early over here mistakes can be made. But let's not pretend that you don't know what I meant :P | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 05:57 PM |
| -1 | Question for r/mensrightsObviously it was my highschool in my town so I don't feel comfortable linking to it so you'll just have to believe me that it was the way I said it was. I realized it's the internet were you can just tell lies so believe it or don't. and yeah thanks for posting an intellectual comment without being condecending this is the kind of conversation I'm looking for :) | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 04:47 PM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsInteresting read but I'm not sure how much I agree, but that's okay! The only reason I'm hesitant to just believe the media bias theory is because when I was in highschool a male teacher raped a female student and impregnated her and it was the same coverage you claim only happens to female offenders. But that's just one example and it certainly doesn't disprove you, it's simply the reason that I personally don't buy that theory. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 04:34 PM |
| 0 | Question for r/mensrightsI actually edited the original post and changed the wording. I didn't actually come here with an agenda, I came here because I wanted to hear the men's rights opinion on a male phenomena. I'm sorry that the original wording offended you but it was a mistake and has since been corrected :) | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 04:28 PM |
| 2 | Question for r/mensrightsYeah either its the testosterone or the culture men grow up in, nature vs. nurture. Its also possible that since men grow up stronger physically it could make them more predisposed to use their physique/more head on solutions to solve problems. As a side note I'm not a fan of blaming school shootings on mental illness as it strengthens the stigma against the mentally ill and statistically the mentally ill are more likely to be victims of violent crimes than to commit them, but I mean we have a d… | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 04:10 PM |
| -4 | Question for r/mensrightsThat straw man isn't even parallel to what my post was, Its like saying 'how can an ant lift fifty times its body weight, but root beer floats are still delicious?'. I actually don't go to feminist message boards so I probably wouldn't even see your post. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:58 PM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsYour sentence structure kind of fell apart near the end and I'm actually not sure what that last sentence is supposed to mean. What I'm guessing you're saying that it is harder to get help as a man and I'm not sure how true that is at large but throughout my childhood/adolescence I had plenty of support when I was not doing well in school with either my studies or my social life and finding help psychologically and medically was not a difficulty either (i am in my 20s so it might have been diffe… | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:46 PM |
| 2 | Question for r/mensrightsGood find! | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:27 PM |
| 2 | Question for r/mensrightsGood! I'm glad we're on the same page :) | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:27 PM |
| -3 | Question for r/mensrightsIts not really a geographical question that's an entirely different discussion. Stop deflecting and stay on topic. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:25 PM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsWow I don't even know where to start. Noted. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:24 PM |
| -2 | Question for r/mensrightsI'm not making it a gender issue, it's a gender discussion. Its a crime that is predominantly male (for whatever reason) and I was asking the sub why they think that is. As a side note growing up without a father is not an adequate excuse to commit mass murderer I'm not sure what you were going for there. I also want to be clear that I'm not doing research I'm asking people on reddit. Try being more mature than you are defensive. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:23 PM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsI'm not doing a research project I was asking a question on reddit what are you talking about. I'm not saying it has to be recent but if you're going to be posting examples they should at least be relevant. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:19 PM |
| 0 | Question for r/mensrightsI wasn't here for validation but thank you for putting words in my mouth. I was having a conversation with a friend about school shootings and I was thinking about how I've only heard of male school shooters and why that is so I thought I would post this to hear the male activist's opinion on this phenomena. I have nothing against men and definitely don't think all men are evil (because thats crazy) plenty of people from all walks of life do horrible things in a myriad of different ways for a my… | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:14 PM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsWestern culture is not kind on the socially inept especially in schools | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 03:06 PM |
| -1 | Question for r/mensrightsIm not trying to accuse all men of school shootings why are you being defensive. We can all agree that it's predominantly men and the question is: why? This wasn't a question about geography is was a question about gender, I'm not asking the wrong question just not the one you want to hear, stop deflecting. EDIT: Also the 'boys not men' comment is splitting hairs and you know it. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 02:20 PM |
| 0 | Question for r/mensrightsOkay cool so you aren't actually going to discuss this or try to answer my questions. Thanks for all of your examples from the 80s and lack of discussion. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 11:31 AM |
| 2 | Question for r/mensrightsThat's also not the same media coverage men get, looking for specific crime demographics is digging even if you use a regular search engine. EDIT: Basically if it's unclear I mean that I've never even had to google 'male school shooter' because there are so many examples with mass media coverage | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 11:29 AM |
| -2 | Question for r/mensrightsAnother case of a female school shooting that is committed at a school she does not attend. A lot of these are also from the 70s and 80s are there any recent reports of female school shootings? | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 10:45 AM |
| 1 | Question for r/mensrightsEven the article states that violent crime is a predominantly male issue, I wonder why that is? The cases the article mentions are also less personal as they target schools they aren't attending. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 10:40 AM |
| 3 | Question for r/mensrightsInteresting I'm gonna check that out. It's weird that it's something you would have to dig for, I've never heard media outcry about a female school shooter. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/17 10:38 AM |
