1	Are women taking over all the jobs? It depends on culture. For example, in the west math and science is seen as masculine and women are told they are worse at it than men. A recent study that came out shows this difference in treatment starts in kindergarten. In the east, women are not told that. It's not considered masculine, and women go into those careers much more often than here, despite them not even being as gender equal. The way it works is IF they are going to hire someone with the exact same qualifications, they choose a woman only if they have very few as it is. You can find loads of studies finding identical resumes with male names still get chosen of ones with female names, offered higher starting salary, and more mentoring as well as been seen as more competent. 1	Are women taking over all the jobs? There's studies showing that men perceive there being more women in a room than there really are. You guys see 30% women and perceive it as 50%. 50% is perceived as a majority to you. So most likely no, they're not. But why does there have to be an agenda? Women get more degrees, so it's no surprise. They also make up a slight majority of the population.
