No, I dont. Admittedly, I also dont think it is a real problem or anything new, though.

Then have women lose trust. Nobody cares. They are not the ones requiring dating apps anyway when they complain about how all men are garbage on there anyways. Women can just exist and wait for 3 secs for a guy to approach them IRL, men cannot do that.

Women, of course, never lie about anything on dating apps!

The world is a complicated place. Try to name a specific issue first.

This is literally incel rhetoric, you realize that?

So one instance is your justification for treating people like a jerk based on how they were born?

I dont care about „masculinity“ being in decline or not, I care about men being treated respectfully.

Exactly. We need to help men earn more!

That is ACTUALLY the title of the article? You cannot make this shit up anymore.

No offense to you then xD. I think "cat lady" is kinda like "incel" in the sense that the term often doesnt refer to the literal meaning of the word :D

Let me guess: when women do it, it is okay because muh misogyny or because the man doesnt help in the household or some other BS? I genuinely am too afraid to click on it.

Good choice! Wasnt trying to insult btw, sorry if it sounded that way.

I find that there are a lot of women who call themselves feminists, yet basically subscribe only to the actually useful ideas of old-school feminism, basically ignoring most of the misandrist BS that "modern" feminism spouts. ..I guess my point is just: it sometimes looks more bleak than it really is, as the creatures you'll find on the internet are usually just terminally online cat ladies and political lesbians anyway.
/r/MensRights27/05/25 11:28 PM
4

A bit off-topic, but you know what I find amazing? That we can have discussions here and call out BS amongst our own when we see it, even giving the other side a pass when the are right about something. You'd search forever to see something like this in feminist-aligned subs.
/r/MensRights27/05/25 11:25 PM

It is of course possible to be misogynist while married, let's not kid ourselves here. Being an incel however? Would probably be more difficult lol. That said, calling someone an incel is their absolute go-to attack. It usually doesn't mean anything but that you dared criticize them on something!

If they are excelling, then where is the problem? Why still constantly complain about not enough women in those fields, then? Regardless, as someone who went into STEM, I certainly don't see many women there.

Implying that women only go for the good men lmao. Like you surely you see how absolutely stupid that statement is?

Who says that women should abstain from sex, except some hardcore religious types? That hasnt been the mainstream culture for quite some time now.

I think that people who have been treated unjustly by society can sometimes become a bit.. emotional about it. I agree that the behavior here isnt always the best, but there are fundamental problems that are talked about here that arent talked about anywhere else.

I think the solution would be mostly cultural: move away from hypergamy, teach women not to go for older men so the younger ones feel left out, and teach them (and the corresponding men) not to change their partner with the same frequency that most people change their underwear. I believe what we call the male loneliness epidemic mostly affects younger men btw, where this sort of behavior is seen most.

Pretty much yes. I mean, these are technically all good values to strive towards. It is just absurd to demand them from the average person.
/r/MensRights11/05/25 09:58 PM

The problem has always been that is somehow completely socially normal that low to average value women get approached by high-value men, boosting their egos to astronomical scales.

That's cool that a few have done that. What a counterpoint you make. And no they aren't. Such a blatant lie, it is honestly incredible that you expect anyone to believe that. In my country alone, discussion has been blocked multiple times on the female draft, by prominent feminists in left-leaning parties. You are nothing more than a liar. No, they haven't "fought" for the right to work- society became more industrialized and more job opportunities opened up for women to work. You still won't se…

This is pretty much it! I grew up with quite a feminist mindset, as most of my school teachers were women and heavily imposed their worldview onto the students. The general view has always been that women‘s issues are the „real“ issues, and a man complaining must be a whiny manbaby that, even though he is given privilege, still can‘t succeed. Who wants to be the guy to complain about his life even though he is „privileged“? Exactly, noone wants to be seen as such a loser. It is such a good manip…

My dating life is fine, it never has been the issue. To me, the general social discussion and lack of concern for male's issues are the problem. I dont want men to be demonized for being born wrong.

No she won't, that is the point. She gets one of the top men, while the rest of the men get nothing. Especially in their younger years. The selection bias is honestly one of the biggest problems right now and is creating a generation of incels. The way it is going, it won't be the last.

Only one is socially acceptable, that is the difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 05:21 PM

It is pretty much socially expected for men to do so, and you never see feminists complain about that. They complain about toxic masculinity, but never about that part of it. They just want to pick and choose from their buffet of what men have to be able to do, while also being able to say that women shouldnt be expected to contribute pretty much anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 05:21 PM

That is just not even slightly true, this is the sort of feminist propaganda that is just designed to make you hate men even though it has pretty much no basis in reality.

Anything that slightly looks misogynistic gets called out immediately, even in male-centric subs.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 05:16 PM

That's because feminism has taught us that any criticism of women (or a particular woman) must be misogyny. Additionally, we are a generally gynocentric society that is more concerned for how women are perceived to be, viewing anything as an attack.

"But even having the conversation about how to tackle the young man crisis is complicated, and can leave girls feeling, well, put out. After all, girls and women have had centuries of inbuilt disadvantages to contend with, don't they finally deserve a moment to shine?" They really do not even see the problem with that logic. Even if the "centuries of inbuilt disadvantages" are true, the current generation of women never had to deal with any of these disadvantages, and the current generation of m…

Thank you so much for taking the time to compile all these sources into a single comment, honestly this should be pinned somewhere for quick retrieval. I havent looked into all of this, but imo this is the type of work that can change people's minds on these MRA subjects if anything can.

Honestly it is incredible that anyone would think that "trauma dumping" is something that primarily men do. Any man can tell you how their gf will spend hours talking about her day, talking about other people from her work and why that one coworker is super annoying all the time and their parents are kinda assholes and this and that and what do you know. No I am not saying that they all do that, but to suggest that this is something that primarily MEN do? Doesnt get more absurd than that.

Have you read "DerStandard"? One of the news outlets that are the worst in that regard. The only good thing is that even their own comments show that they don't buy that shit anymore.

Ahh thanks for explaining this to me. Now everything is clear and I see the light! All the the massive hatred and injustice that men receive on a daily basis by feminists must've just been a mistake, after all you say that they are just in favour of equality!

Is this thing written by ChatGPT? I mean look at this: "The politics of heels span gender, wealth, identity and power, reappearing like migraines at moments of political unrest" I dont understand how these people can even take themselves seriously. How overconfident do you need to be to actually post something like this and not sink into the ground in shame?

The left-wing influencers that you mentioned mostly pretend that the struggles of young men in the current world do not exist, or that it is these young men's own fault that they are doing badly in life. And before you ask: yes, I have watched Vaush, Destiny and HBomberguy. If we were feminists here, we would call these people "gender traitors", as they shit on the rest of their own gender for their own advantage. And radical feminists and misandrists mostly subscribe to left-wing ideas. Kick th…

One side wants to do nothing to help you, the other one at the very least does not completely hate you. I am not a right-leaning person, not in the slightest. But the current political left deserves no votes from the people it has spent so much time to hate on. Maybe the left can accept that their approach for the last few decades has been problematic, but I doubt it. I believe that it must get much worse than how it currently is for things to finally change.

Although I understand your anger, be careful about it. Thankfully, not all women are feminists. And not all men are not.

I actually feel like it is the exact opposite. I see plenty of "average" guys with overweight and generally unattractive girlfriends, and good-looking guys with average girlfriends. The standards seem to be highly in favour of women in the dating game. Maybe it is some sort of unconscious bias or something(I cannot rule this out as I obviously am just one person and therefore don't represent a large enough sample size), but this is at least my experience.

Well by that logic, gay men also can cause such drama, so should they be banned too? I just think that there should be gender equality - one way or the other. If men get drafted, then so should women. I also personally don't really believe in drafting, but that is another matter.

Well the problem with "we" is that there is no such thing: most men have drink the feminist cool-aid just as much as women do.

So it is time for some.. well, diversity? Actually getting more men into teaching? But I guess it is only diversity when it involves more women. These fucks are often times even happy about having an overwhelming majority of women in a certain profession.

Because they want all the victim bucks to themselves, basically. Society at large still believes that men are evil oppressors, boys should be ashamed of themselves for being part of the oppressor gender, and join feminism to make up for their sins. There is incredible power in playing the victim, because being the victim means that you are fighting the good fight against evil, and you have the sympathy of the general population.

Men getting raped is usually considered a joke in modern culture. The classic "shower rape in prison" joke is a good example of this. So no, they don't get to consent, they exist as punching bags.

"Misandry doesn't exist, guise!" Also a fun take: "Men act like they don't prey on and thirst after teenage girls all the fucking time" No, we really fucking don't, actually.

I am not so sure if it is socially constructed, because these social systems are present in absolutely every human society that has ever existed, from the smallest hunter-gatherer tribes to the biggest empires. To me, it seems like it would be a crazy coincidence if all of them happened to develop the same beliefs about this topic without it being based on something more fundamental like genetics.
/r/MensRights14/03/25 12:48 PM

It is for the simple reason that people feel more empathy with female characters. They find them cute and want to protect them. I am no psychologist, but I'd assume that this is deeply related to gynocentrism: since women are the bottleneck of reproduction, evolution has pretty much imprinted it in us to value women's lifes more than men.

They can pat themselves on the back for how much they Respect Women™. In a post-feminist world, there is power in that.

To me, the problem is the implication that men have just always had it better, and society was always structured in such a way that men would always "rule" over women. This already is a gross simplification of history. But the real problem for me is when it is then used to justify misandry. Since women always had it worse, it is now time to "take revenge" on men(ignoring the fact that even if this were true, it would still not be moral to punish someone for the sins of their ancestors).
/r/MensRights08/03/25 08:49 PM

Why is it "either rage bait or somebody was mean to them" when it is a woman? Why don't we make the same excuses when it is men doing it? Instead, we instantly call it misogyny, sexism, hate speech or something similar?
/r/MensRights06/03/25 04:46 PM

You are right. But one might do it for cheaper car insurance, far better dating prospects, and generally being valued and respected by society for just existing.
/r/MensRights26/02/25 05:06 PM

The catch 22 is that they just never admit to anything being misandry. Hating all men for the actions of a few is always justified, after all its emporing and progressive.
