Feminism isn't really about equality. It's primarily about the self-aggrandizement of women. Feminists are pretty uninterested in 'equalizing' social conventions / aspects of life where women have an advantage over men.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/24 01:54 PM

There’s a lot of things that women care about with their appearance that men don’t care about. Make-up works though. Dressing in ways to make your body shape more appealing works. Having nice hair helps a lot too. Sometimes though it is putting lipstick on a pig. So many women are not a healthy weight . . . fat is so unattractive

I think 'hypergamy' is worth emphasizing because you are right, it really stands in direct contrast to blue pill. But on the other hand, I think hypergamy is a $10 word for a simple idea: women are selfish. Society lies a lot about how women behave in romantic relationships. Women have created this entire bullshit relationship language / jargon which hides women's needy / self-serving behavior behind a 'I'm just doing what's right and am serving others' facade. It's obnoxious.

It sounds nice and fair and on its face is compatible with the stated principles of feminism and so that's why women SAY it, but they they don't really WANT an 'equal partner'. They want the man to lead in the relationship. Being a good leader doesn't mean that you are 'controlling'. That's how a bad leader behaves. That's being a petty tyrant. If you are a good leader, she will want to follow you.

Yeah. There's this entire bullshit language and jargon that women use to hide needy and self-serving behavior in relationships behind a 'oh, I'm just doing what's right and what's best for others' facade It's really obnoxious

I would summarize Red Pill as 'women's behavior in dating / romantic relationships / marriage is primarily / heavily driven by their sexual attraction to the man', and it provides a list of qualities / behaviors in men that women find to be sexually attractive.

It's not said outright, but it is the implicit assumption in 'mainstream' dating advice. We make so many excuses for women's bad behavior in dating, romantic relationships, and marriage. Men are held to a higher standard.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/24 04:03 PM

It sounds like we broadly agree. Except . . . While women who wanted to date him can point his flaws out easily. You don't know this guy. He really absolutely is 100% what woman SAY that they want on paper. He's not just a 'decent guy'. He is really a very great person. His flaws are shallow ones--he's too boring and/or not physically attractive / impressive enough. The red pilled dating advice would work REALLY WELL for him. So I’d say that women primarily choose for virtue and personality - wi…

That’s really a terrible generalization. Most guys don’t turn to violence to express their insecurities/ shortcomings. Those guys are the exception, not the majority. I think you have a very warped view of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/24 08:47 PM

Why would it make me sound like a good person? If you were to instead emphasize that your boyfriend is athletic and has a strong hairline, and that’s what primarily attracted him to you, you’d come across as being shallow.

Being kind helps. But it’s isn’t the end all be all. Oh absolutely, agreed. But this is definitely not what you were implying in your initial post. find your league Doesn’t this statement obviously contradict your initial post? If women primarily selected for virtue and character, my friend would really be extremely desired. But he’s not. If my friend were to compromise on social class (he has a PhD and is in technical management) or be willing to date a fat woman (he runs everyday and is in sha…

I’m marrying my partner specifically because of all of the men I’ve dated, he’s the kindest. He’s handsome and lovely and athletic and smart and passionate and all sorts of other wonderful things. But I chose him as my life partner because he is incredibly kind. This is a very polite thing to say and definitely makes you come across as a good person who is not shallow or judgmental. I seriously doubt that you primarily selected for “kindness” in the dating process though. There probably are a lo…

dating is not ever fair in any way Of course. It’s really insulting to get dating advice which implies the opposite though. Men routinely get told that if you struggle with dating, it’s probably because you are a bad person. That’s often very far from the truth. Men absolutely pay more attention and interest to beautiful women than plain ones. Of course! This is well known! What is less well known is that women tend to be even more picky and shallow than men. But remember, a thin woman between 1…

Yeah, it is well known that romantic relationships are easier for men if you are gay. Marrying a man is a much better decision than marrying a woman. Guys in gay marriages are happier and divorce less. Lesbian marriages are extremely volatile and divorce is very common.

There are way too many fat women for me to believe that women really put that much effort into their appearances. I’ve seen how my sister lives and It’s not that hard to be < 50 pounds overweight. It really takes a lot of neglect to live like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/24 03:13 PM

That’s not what the dating website stats indicate, sorry. Men on dating websites are more egalitarian than women. How tall are you and how much do you weight?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/24 03:01 PM
2

It kind of doesn’t matter—that’s a result which is WAY better than what a similar man gets. Women have champagne tastes. Men are surprisingly more egalitarian.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/24 02:53 PM

Bingo.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/24 11:03 AM

That's not what the OP is referring to. The OP is referring to how horrible women on the internet create these fake personas for the guys they reject so they can feel good about themselves for rejecting the horrible villain for righteous reasons.

Nah, it is more common for men than women to be into fitness. I go to gym and run clubs, and both are overwhelmingly men. Among the < 40 crowd, I see fit guy with fat woman way more often than the other way around.

Yeah, the obesity epidemic really fucks up dating for men. Women who are a healthy weight can name their price. It isn't that difficult for a single, childless woman to not be 50+ pounds overweight. It just takes a bit of work. I've seen how my sister, who is 50+ pounds overweight, lives--it takes neglect to be that heavy.

Everybody lies to themselves in this way, to some degree. People generally assume themselves to be the hero of their own story. Women seem really committed to denying how shallow they are though. If you are risk-averse, yeah I think it is smart to avoid making major commitments to women. “Til death do us part?” To a huge fraction of women, those are just words that don’t mean anything. It is terrible advice to anybody dating women to tell them to not worry about divorce. It is just too common. I…

Talking to women about this isn't very productive. Women tend to lie (to others and also to themselves) about how shallow they are when it comes to selecting a boyfriend or husband. When a woman rejects a guy, she is loathe to admit to herself and to others that she rejected him for being ugly, short, bald, fat, boring, poor, whatever. Instead, she would prefer to tell herself that she didn't select the guy because he had some kind of character or moral flaw. This way, she can tell herself that …

There is no way you can totally immunize against the possibility of divorce / bad marriage when you marry a woman. It's just too common. I think there is something about women's sexuality which makes them incapable of maintaining attraction to one person over a long period of time.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 07:22 PM
2

No, this isn't true. I think the truth is that being boring, passive, and untalented as a woman isn't a death knell for your dating life. It is if you are a man. When you date women, you are more penalized for your flaws than when you date men.

A lot of guys use this reddit to vent. I think what they are venting about is pretty valid. It IS difficult to get a girlfriend if you are an average guy. Women DO get special treatment in romantic relationships / marriage. It's not fair. You can't vent about this to people in real life because it is SO unattractive for a man to complain about this. You come off as being a loser, weak. Women are allowed to complain about this kind of stuff in public though. Who wants to be around that? No one. N…

Since then, I’ve met up with men from dating apps on and off throughout the years. Maybe 1-3 were kind of sketchy, that was in my early twenties too but since then all the other ones were decent but I just didn’t feel them. Yeah, this makes sense. I find it extremely hard to believe women when they say that they constantly encounter assholes and threats to their safety on OLD. I think they use it as an excuse to treat guys like garbage and to act like cowards.

Single guys who are in good shape are a dime a dozen. Women like sitting on the couch and watching reality TV, drinking wine, stuffing their face with dessert and baked goods, and when they actually DO exercise, they do it in ineffective ways and at low intensities. Women who pay attention to their health and fitness are very rare and they know it. If they are single, they can almost name their price in the world of dating.

Yeah, the way that left-wing people tie themselves up in knots to reconcile how women behave in dating with the idea of an egalitarian society is totally wild. Left-wing women warp into becoming the biggest cut-throat capitalists when it comes to selecting a husband or boyfriend.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/24 03:26 PM

No, the two situations are totally different. All men things kick ass. All women things are usually terrible. You’d be way less happy as a lesbian than me as a gay guy. All women workplaces are snake pits. All women romantic relationships are dumpster fires. Women benefit an awful lot from men. Just look at the stats—if what you said was to be believed, you’d expect all lesbian marriages to end happily ever after. But the total opposite is the case. The type of marriage which is least likely to …

/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 04:19 PM

This makes sense. There is no way to say this without sounding conceited: occasionally, I have had women confide in me on dates about their frustrations with online dating. Sometimes they just express their displeasure in a vague way, and I think what you said in your post is what they are communicating underneath the surface. I just smile and nod and listen to what they have to say. I would never do the same—vent about experiences with women in OLD while chatting / being on dates with them. I k…

Like I said before, you must have a pretty good life if spending an hour on a date with a guy who you are kind of meh about, but who likes you, is trying to make conversation with you, and is paying for the privilege of spending time with you, feels tortuous. Do you have any idea how privileged and spoiled you sound when you say stuff like that?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 02:47 PM

This isn’t supported by online dating website data. There are clear winners and losers when it comes to guys in online dating. Some guys get all of the likes. Most get very few, or none.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 02:42 PM

In what world does a first date which goes poorly need to last longer than an hour or two? Also, I think it is still the expectation for the guy to pay. At least that is what I do, especially on the first date. The risk that the guy poses a danger to her safety is way overblown. I think women exaggerate this threat to give themselves an excuse to treat guys like garbage / act like cowards. I don’t think that going on a couple of dates with the ‘wrong person’ is such a terrible thing. Women act a…

I think trans woman is the wrong example, but yeah, I honestly wish I were gay. Dating / being in a romantic relationship with a man, without being burdened by a woman's sexuality and all of the destructive things that come with it, must totally rock. If you don't believe me, all you need to do is look at the stats: what do you think is the type of marriage which is most likely to succeed? A marriage between two men. No, when you read women's trip reports of 'bad, terrible dates' often you get s…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 12:09 PM

I'm sorry but you are just totally wrong. Have you ever been rejected in your life by someone who you were really into? Or for something that you really wanted to do, but weren't permitted to do? Doesn't have to necessarily be in dating / romantic relationships. I think that many women haven't really experienced rejection/failure, and don't know what it is like. They avoid situations where they would have to confront it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 09:52 AM

Women will say stuff like this to make it SOUND like they have egalitarian tastes in men, but let's look at the details: Jack Black is an exceptionally charming/likeable/funny person. Obviously he had to be to get to where he is in the entertainment industry. This is skill/talent that very few people have. It takes a long time, major effort, and probably the right kind of intrinsic personality to develop this skill. It is a rare quality. Do you see what I am saying? Women aren't really expected …
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 09:42 AM

When you get rejected, you get hurt. It IS a judgment on the person you are rejecting, similar to 'I'm better than you'. In my experience, women who get rejected, even in the kindest way, usually don't take it very well. Men are better at handling rejection than women--they are more used to it. Many women, when they get rejected, go off on the guy and start attacking the guy. I've experienced this. Why do women act in this way when they get rejected? Because it hurts them, and because it is a ve…

Huh? Dating is extremely easy for women. You get to sit on your throne and wait for guys to approach you. You pretty much don't have to do anything except say 'Yes' or 'No'.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 08:50 AM

All of those guys you listed, except for maybe Jack Black, who would be handsome if he lost weight, are handsome men. Most of those guys are over 6 feet tall. They all are very famous and have net worths exceeding millions of dollars. You are pretty much arguing with your friends over which Playboy Playmate this year is the hottest. This is your evidence that women aren't shallow and don't care about how guys look? LOL

Spencer Reid is pretty lean, (you can tell from his face) and most guys would need to workout regularly to look like that. His physique is closer to what a gym guy who doesn't take steroids looks like than I think the image in your head of 'gym guy'. To get the 'mutant bulk' look, you need to way over overeat and take hormones/drugs. I think you are just like the guys who say 'I don't like it when women wear make-up'. The actor who plays Spencer Reid is also 6'2". Lol, if I told you that I wasn'…

The best is to be somewhat fit from natural physical activity. Because that creates useful muscles. But artificial gym reapeated movements create muscles that are visible but not the muscles that are actualy useful. And I think it's visible, I definitely see the gym type muscles as unnatural and almost artificial. So the best it not to worry about it much, eat what you like and have natural physical activity to be somewhat fit. This doesn't make any sense. I think that you like guys with gym phy…

Yeah, for real. In the book Self-Made man, where the author, a lesbian woman, posed as a man and did guy stuff like join a bowling league, work a sales job, and date women through online dating as a guy, one of the things she mentioned is that the Brotherhood is real. Guys are way more accepting of each other. She also said that the Sisterhood is not real. Like you said, women are just fake nice to each other and stab each other in the back. She also said that dating women as a guy turned her in…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/24 04:19 PM

You make fun of it, but women DO blow up marriages and ruin guys' lives because: they want excitement, adventure, and spontaneity!! It is a destructive aspect of women's sexuality. Women like novelty. They usually aren't capable of maintaining sexual attraction to one guy over long periods of time. I also think you may have something about men feeling an intuitive sense (I may go so far as to call it entitlement) to not only pairing (which I think is a really nice word for fucking because the va…

I think this is what is being traded. Women get more than men do in the modern era. Women get: - emotional support (many women believe that it isn't her job to provide same to the guy and drop guys who are liabilities in this sense) - exclusivity of the guy. This is key. For average guys, there is always the implicit expectation from the woman that you need to commit to her. Many women have the strategy to withhold until this is promised by the guy. Women PROMISE the same thing on their part, bu…

All relationships that normal guys have with women are transactional. Unless you are a guy like Tom Brady or Brad Pitt, you have to do or promise something else for/to the woman in order for her to stay in a relationship with you. Just being yourself and spending time with her is not compelling enough to her.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 08:06 PM

'Gossamer ego' Lol in my experience women take rejection EXTREMELY poorly and lash out at the guy when it happens. Not surprising because they very rarely have to endure it.

It's really offensive. If women were true to their word, and usually committed to the marriage and stayed pleasant with their partners, that would be one thing. But women are well known for changing their minds, losing attraction to their partners, and blowing up families and guys' lives with divorce. Or they make their husbands' lives a living hell.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/24 11:23 AM

Honestly, if you are an average guy, that's kind of all you are to the woman. She doesn't really like you for who you are--just spending time with her is not enough to make her happy. It's really all about what you can do for her--pay her bills, provide her with emotional support, allow her to live the lifestyle of being married with children. As a guy, you are like a car, a means to an end, something that allows her to get to where she wants to go. Marriage / LTRs between average men and women …

I'm sorry, but you have no clue what it is like being a guy. This is such a privileged dating opinion. Your dating strategy is to sit on your throne and wait for guys to approach you, and if you judge them to not be good enough, you turn them away. If an average guy were to follow your strategy, he would die alone.

Interestingly guys are better suited for long term relationships than women are. Women say that they are all about LTRs / marriage, but famously, they often change their mind . . . Many women are not capable of maintaining attraction to one guy over long periods of time. When they divorce / break-up with their partner, it is because of their internally-driven loss of attraction to the guy. The chores, 'emotional availability', 'living my best life', are all just unintentional or intentional cove…

The lesbian divorce stats are such a dagger in the heart of the “it’s the man’s fault” theory of failed heterosexual marriages and relationships. How can you blame the failure of a lesbian marriage on the man? The stats hint that there is something about women’s sexuality which makes them unable to commit to long term relationships. It really makes you question the mainstream viewpoint regarding relationships, where the woman is always right and where the formula for a happy marriage is for the …

I mean, in the case where a woman divorces her husband (the most common case—the stats are very lopsided), have you ever heard a woman take partial responsibility for the failure of the marriage? I don’t think I’ve ever heard a story where a woman admits, “yeah, I did x and y wrong” or “I should have been better with . . .” I find that to be very interesting. No this isn't true. You don't understand this because you are a woman, and people don't really expect you to know things or be good at things generally. People expect you to be good at things as a guy, and if you aren't, they judge you for it. Obviously being insecure / aggressive about incompetence makes you more unattractive. I think you and your friends either have terrible taste in men or are unreliable narrators. There are a lot of great guys out there! It isn't for absolutely no reason. I believe that it is a part of women's sexuality which gets wallpapered over. Women tend to not be capable of maintaining long-term attraction to one person. Guys are supposed to act better than the woman, and keep their cool when the woman gets worked up, but it is only human for a guy to lose frame and audibly get irritated when the woman starts an argument.

A lot of guys who do the lion’s share of work in the marriage have unhappy wives or get divorced. It’s not about the chores.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 10:17 PM

Yeah, it’s a scapegoat. Often the real problem is that they lose sexual attraction to the guy. But either they are confused by their loss of attraction or they lie to themselves and others about it. It is a horrible thing to admit. It is easier to blame it on the chores. Women are indoctrinated to take it out on the guy and blame it on the chores, so it becomes the scapegoat.

The reason why a lot of women divorce men (who aren’t abusers, drug addicts, cheaters, etc.) doesn’t have to do with the chores. Chores are a scapegoat for the real internal reason why the woman is unhappy. Quite a few great guys who do the majority of the work are in marriages with unhappy wives or get divorced.

Here is an interesting article--check it out: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/cultural-animal/202201/how-sexual-desire-changes-after-marriage Key part: Over the first four or five years of marriage, the wife’s sexual desire declined steadily, while the husband’s showed no change. The same pattern was found for the questions that asked about desire specifically for sex with one’s spouse and for sex with anybody in general. Five years into the marriage, the average husband’s desire for sex…

I've heard even moderately attractive girls get way more messages than they have time to answer This is 100% total bullshit. They COULD just stop swiping, and see how the matches that they currently have pan out. But they don't do that.

Most guys aren’t that delusional. I think a lot of guys, especially the kinds of guys who aren’t great with women, would prefer a ‘cute enough’ girlfriend over a super hot one. A cute enough girlfriend will likely be less entitled (beautiful women are some of the most entitled people on planet Earth—it is such a great privilege) and will treat you better. You also don’t have to worry as much about her leaving you for a hotter guy.

What's wrong with spinning plates? I don't think you understand what it is like to date women if you are just an average guy. You can't have one-itis early in the relationship because women reject tons of guys in the early phases of dating. You HAVE to pursue multiple women at the same time or else it will take you a long time to get a girlfriend.

Yeah that statement in the article is puzzling, but I think the main conclusion is pretty sound. I think the fact that the unhappiness in the relationship FOLLOWED the loss of women's sexual desire was very telling. It really puts the kibosh on all of the blue pill explanations for why wives often aren't attracted to their husbands very much. This explanation is soo simple, and explains a lot of the strange things about romantic relationships with women. Women generally are not capable of long t…

Yeah but usually the man comes into the marriage with more assets, so there usually is a net transfer of wealth to the woman. Women don't often marry down . . . if you were one of them, you are unusual. And then often there is child support and alimony on top of that. If alimony & child support are not counted in the post-income stats then they are misleading, right? That's money usually going to the woman which isn't in the stats.

Agree! Thank you! Women usually don't admit this. Yeah I can see how attraction could blind you to not great aspects of your partner. That certainly can happen with men too. I have heard that the financial stats post-divorce are misleading. Why? It is because when they look at men's and women's income, post-divorce, they don't count the alimony payments, which usually go from the man to the woman. This is because the tax on the alimony income is paid for by the higher earner, usually the man, and doesn't appear in e.g. the 'adjusted gross income' line on the 1040. The stats use income numbers from income tax forms. Can you disprove the above claim?

What is even scarier is that women will believe that their internally driven loss of attraction to the guy is CAUSED by the guy, and they will start to make more and more demands and to treat him more and more like garbage. It wouldn't bother me that much to stop having sex, but living together with someone who is miserable, blames you for all of her problems, and treats you like garbage all of the time just sounds like a horrible way to spend your life.

It is difficult to examine this on a case-by-case basis, if you are a guy. What is scary for guys is that women change over the course of long term relationships. They tend to gradually lose attraction to the guy. Many women are not aware of this. When they feel differently about the guy they usually tend to project their internal change in emotional state onto the guy, and think that he did something wrong. They take it out on him, and gradually make both parties in the relationship more and mo…

If all that is true then he was always going to end up happily married to a good person. Oh no, that's not true at all. That's one of the biggest lies ever told. A lot of great guys who serve their wives get divorced when the woman gets bored and loses interest in him. Or they stay married and get treated like garbage by their wives.

Yeah, having a nice, athletic body as a guy takes YEARS of consistent work in the gym and good diet. For most women, having a nice enough body is mostly just 'stop eating ice cream and junk food' and 'get off the couch'. Being a lean and muscular guy is so much more work than not being a fat woman. It is incredible how some women will believe that not being 50 pounds overweight is a Sisyphean task, but will think that a muscular guy who isn't really lean has a 'dad bod'.

Sorry, I don't believe that women are so stupid that they could date a guy for a couple years, be in a marriage for 5+ years and totally miss that their husband is an asshole. They like it when the guy leads in the relationship / has more going on than they do and get upset when that isn’t the case. Right, the parts of traditional gender roles which require work on modern women’s part (being good at cooking / cleaning, being pleasant people who aren’t attacking others all of the time, being a healthy weight) they don’t like very much.

Left wing women subconsciously like conservatives. They like it when the guy takes charge and she follows. Left-wing women also ABSOLUTELY don't believe in 'sexual socialism'. In the world of dating / relationships, she is ruthless and is the biggest fucking cutthroat capitalist. When it comes to determining what kind of guy she will spend her time with, she's usually like super classist/racist/bigoted and her motto is 'survival of the fittest'.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 01:22 PM

Oh yeah, totally agree there. I was just taking umbrage at bluepvtstorm giving herself major awards for being such a great person and partner, and then going on to describe how she is a very transactional person. I find that kind of person to be morally repugnant. I respect way more the person who is honest about being self-serving than the person who lies to herself and/or others about being noble.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 01:20 PM

I am not the one arguing that people should be out here randomly doing for people and getting nothing in return. That’s you. That's not what I'm arguing . . . I think you should probably stop giving yourself major awards for being such a great partner if you expect all of your acts of kindness to be reciprocated. You are pretty normal/average, IMO.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 12:56 AM

Oh my god, you are such a stereotypical woman. You are describing a transactional relationship, lol, which is fine--many/most heterosexual relationships are transactional in some way or another. To stylize your behavior as 'loving hard' is just laughable. It is such a joke. True love is doing something without expecting anything in return. Big example: the affection and devotion good parents, especially the mother, show/shows towards their/her children is usually not reciprocated or appreciated …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 12:41 AM

In your earlier post, you said that you 'loved hard', which implies that you are self-less, but then you went on to describe how you only do acts of kindness with the expectation that they be reciprocated. That's fine--most people are that way to some degree or another, but I wouldn't call that 'loving hard'.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 12:28 AM

What? You aren't 'loving hard' if you only scratch his back if he scratches yours. What a pile of bullshit!
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 12:12 AM

Yeah, we all know that in dating and relationships that it is important to romance the woman. Why? Women are often not really that attracted to men--most guys have to also provide something else other than just themselves to maintain her interest. You never hear about romancing the man. Why? He doesn't need it.

Ruining a relationship for novelty is the epitomy of stupid. Women do it ALL THE TIME. Divorce is very common and almost exclusively is initiated by the woman. The more women you add to a marriage, the less likely it is to succeed. The most successful type of marriage is between two men.

? Usually it is the wife who loses interest in the husband, and not the other way around. If the husband loses interest in the wife, it is usually because the woman does something super unattractive like gains 100 pounds. I think there are two things here: In the process of dating, women are inundated with choice, and so they primarily judge guys based on first impressions. Maybe it isn't that surprising that being good at making first impressions and being a good boyfriend/partner might be two skills which are orthogonal to each other. Women tend to not be capable of maintaining attraction to guys over long periods of time. Many of them are not aware of this, and so when they lose attraction to the guy in their …

There are way more men than women on online dating apps. If a woman doesn't have unusual circumstances and has reasonable expectations, it should be pretty easy for her to get a boyfriend. It is a buyer's market for women. It allows her to land guys who she probably wouldn't have been able to get in the era prior to the dating app. Because it is such a buyer's market for women, it seems like a lot of women who don't quickly get off the app and who spend a lot of time on dating apps become more i…

Yeah, this is one of the great paradoxes of women’s sexuality. Women crave novelty and excitement and so they seek out guys like that, but they also tend to want commitment, long term relationships, and children. That kind of guy is kind of the opposite of the kind of guy you would want to help raise your kids.

I think you are rejecting the obvious conclusion because it is politically incorrect. That is such a revealing stat. It is much more socially acceptable for women to be rude to men than it is for men to be rude to women. Your feelings are more important than his. This is one of the many privileges of being a woman. I was posing for a picture at a run club I was attending with a group of people, and the woman taking the picture (who is the type of woman who likes to create conflict) said something to the woman standing next to me in the photo like: 'you know people will think you and that guy [me] are a couple …
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 10:08 AM

Yeah, I will agree with you here. It's really funny to me in how in sex-positive circles how something which is bad becomes unabashedly good whenever someone gets a boner (or a woman gets aroused) to it. The fact that a lot of women like rough sex I think reveals something pretty dark about women's psychology in general, but the way sex-positive people compartmentalize sex things and everything else to wallpaper over stuff like that seems silly to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:53 AM

You probably aren't as interested in sex as the guys who watch porn. You will never understand the male sex drive, and how men are expected to repress it to be a member of polite society. You are commenting on something which you don't really understand.

Since when does the guy pressure the woman into having kids? In the stereotypical relationship, it is the other way around. Since when does the messy partner pressure the clean partner into having a clean place? These are pretty strange hypotheticals. The reason why guys act in the way you complain about is that if most guys became more close-minded about who they dated, they wouldn't get any dates at all. Beggars can't be choosers. the women who are somehow baffled that doing the same thing repeatedly and applying zero thought isn't leading to success. Dating advice for men basically assumes that women are all this way. Expecting women to not judge a book by its cover is a losing strategy. To be attractive to women, you HAVE to work on being the type of guy who is good at making a good first impression. Don't expect women to change how they act in dating--they are pretty comfortable sitting on their thrones.

I think you are underrating women's role/their control over global birth rates in the first world.
