Well some are. But not all. You'd have a much larger sample size, at least 50 people. If, say, 30 out of 50 say you are handsome then it's not someone looking to be nice, but you're actually handsome and vice versa.

Don't forget though. Therapy and books are only tools that you can use. In the end you are the one who has to take the reins. You are the one who needs to actively pursue it. If you're determination fades then no amount of therapy and books can help you. That's something I learned from personal experience, sadly. Oh man. I never out that much thought into how I dress. I mostly just wear T Shirts either Cole for regular occasions or Guess for important but not formal occasions. Then I wear either black or blue Ice Jeans or some black cloth longpants (What are they called?). I wear any socks I can find and then slap on my trusty ol' Nikes (They are 5 years old).
